My Mom & Dad purchased, in store, a set of 2 Twin XL adjustable bases & 2 Twin XL compatible mattresses (rather than a King set) from a very nice man named Al Henderson @ Mattress Firm West Katy Fulshear. My Mom expressed how happy she was w her interactions w Al and told him she would certainly send anyone his way, if she heard they needed a new mattress. I was visiting my Mom & Dad a few days before the expected delivery of the bases/mattresses, which, by the way, was yesterday. Upon review of their Invoice, it was apparent that Al obviously made my Mom & Dad a great deal on their purchase, which is much appreciated. I noticed the Firm Care 5 yr Single Adjustable Base Warranty that they purchased, might not cover the 2 bases/mattresses. SO…I called & discussed w Al, who realized they should have purchased the Firm Care 5 yr Dual Adjustable Base Warranty, as that particular warranty pertains to a Split King or a Split Cal King. He promised to take care of it and the next day, as promised, Al texted me an AMENDED Invoice, reflecting the upgrade from the Single to the Dual Warranty. I really appreciate Al’s attention and promptness in handling the Warranty upgrade, as I feel better knowing my Mom & Dad r covered should the need arise. I’d just like to give a “shout out” to Al and say “thank you”! My Mom & Dad’s bases/mattresses were delivered, as promised, and Mattress Firm’s Red Carpet Delivery was awesome, especially since they provide set up of the new bases/mattresses. I’m comforted knowing my Mom & Dad will have years of blissful nights sleep. When they delivered my things, the fabric of the box spring has a hole in one corner and the mattress is really hard, I have back pain every morning. I bought Beautyrest pressuresmart foundation gen 1 prime. I went to store to explained him what is happening.He said, the hole in the box spring is a cosmetic issue and he can change it but I need to pay $150 more for delivery or I can keep the box spring and they give me back $25 in the next ten business days.This is their quality issue, why I have to pay for that?? Also, when I told him that I think that they delivered to me the wrong mattress (firmness ones) because it is a big difference between the store mattress and my mattress. He said I need to wait the mattress will get softness in the future. He said, I had to jump on top of mattress many times to softness them.I though he was joking but he was not ....
