Let me preface by saying, I go to Chick-fil-A fairly often. Usually a minimum of 1-2 times a week. Typically other locations, rarely this one. Only one time have I had to leave a bad review. I pulled into this location and had to circle the parking lot 4 times because the only available spots were 7 of the 10 mobile order spaces and handicap. When I went in, I saw that there’s no counter to order from, you have to seat yourself and order mobile. Ok…different… but ok. The problem I had was I couldn’t get cell service and the WiFi had issues connecting. When I tried grabbing the attention of staff I was ignored. At this time I also noticed, that this location does not have the smiling faces of staff like every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to over the last 25 years. So, I decided, maybe give it a minute to connect to WiFi and I’ll go use the restroom. Where I found a decently clean restroom with no toilet paper at all. So instead, I washed my hands, and returned to my seat. While sitting down this time, my WiFi finally connected and I was able to order. I tried to flag another staff member and was ignored again. So I waited until my food was delivered, and informed them that their was no toilet paper in the restroom and asked for them to take care of that so I could use the restroom. At the end of my meal, I ran into a friend inside and was talking for about 10-15 minutes catching up, before ending the conversation to have time to use the restroom before returning to work without being late. Same issue, still no toilet paper from 25 minutes ago. So I had to go somewhere else and was...
Read morethere’s something off at this location. asked for no pickles and they wrote “pickles” so i got extra pickles. i wasn’t going to say anything, and pick them out. but the person that took my order insisted she check on what happened, but they never came back. so i had to let it get cold while i waited for something that never happened. this location is confusing they don’t take orders at the counter. if youre dining in they make u sit down first. sometimes they don’t see u sit down, so u have to flag an employee holding an ipad over, and sometimes that employee can’t take orders? its young people looking stressed out and scared to talk to guests. theres no direction on what to do until some employee builds up the courage to say something after you’re standing at the counter starting at the kitchen for a few minutes. if they’re going from fast food counter service to service they need a host or hostess. like any other restaurant that forces their guests to sit before they order. i wonder what type of management produces such nervous employees. i heard one say to another “this is crazy” and the other employee encourages them with a “u got this” like what are they going through?? why do they all look so scared? just get a host to direct things i wish this wasnt the location...
Read moreWell, to be honest, I was hungry and wanted some breakfast.
I had other options but, I'd never had breakfast from Chick-fil-A before so, why not try it out.
I went through the drive thru and, was surprised thet the line flowed pretty smoothly.
It took less than five minutes, from ordering, to pickup at the window.
I normally check my order before I drive away but, I was like, "This is Chick-fil-A, they'll have everything you need in the bag!"
Well, as I found out, that wasn't necessarily true.
They forgot to put ketchup and napkins in the bag with my breakfast.
So, I had to enjoy choking down some dry hash browns and, search through my vehicle, for something to wipe the grease off my fingers afterwards.
(I just wiped em on my jeans)
So, three stars, for missing an obvious detail that should be a standard practice in food service.
Maybe you have to ask them as you're placing the order.
I'm not sure.
But, due to the Pandemic, and from the interactions that I witnessed, of customers in front of me, swiping their cards to complete their transactions; I strongly urge you to wear your Mask, and keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in your vehicle just to be safe.
But, that's also for other locations you visit as well.
Stay Safe!!!...
