10/9/24 review update: I swore I'd never return to this location, and I have stayed away for a year, then Wendy's released a sponge bob collab and my son begged for a Kabby Patty and this location is the closest to my house, unless i fight the traffic down to 423 and back. I gave in, and I knew better. I placed another online order. When my husband arrived to pick it up he was told to park in front. The first worker came out with only a bag with 2 burgers, missing 2 more burgers, no drinks, no fries, no chilli, no nuggets. Second worker came out and handed him 2 frosties and a bag with one frys in it. It took them SEVEN trips to get all our food and we only ordered 3 combo meals plus a extra burger, 6pc nuggets and a large chilli... SEVEN TRIPS? Husband refused to leave until everything we ordered was brought out. 40 mins later my husband got home and STILL the order was wrong. Got a regular lemonade instead of the blueberry pomegranate, and saucy nuggets instead of regular nuggets (i hate the saucy nuggets because they get supper soggy, I ate one and gave the rest to my kid) and all the frosties were melted. And of course, nothing was hot. I am convinced that every review listed here that is 4 stars and above came from workers, managers, and their friends and family because this location is still bad, zero improvement. I'm saying it again, and this time I mean it.... NEVER AGAIN. this location needs to close.

Original Review from October 2023: If I could give this location zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever experienced in my entire life. Every time I go here they take forever and the order is always wrong and missing food. I placed a mobile order and waited an hour to get it, when it did finally arrive I was missing half of it and the other half was wrong. I went inside to get it corrected only to be told they were out. So I asked for a refund and they told me since it was a mobile order they could not refund me I had to call corporate. I tried calling corporate while there and they were closed. By the time I finished inside the store correcting the mistakes and waiting for boo books that they never even had available the rest of my food was cold and inedible. I called corporate the next day only to be told the store has to give me the refund. The store says corporate had to give me the refund... No one is taking ownership of the issue. I'll never again visit this store and probably any...

I spent all day at the hospital with my best friend of 30 years he's been dying of bone cancer we did not make it back until late normally he never has an appetite but this evening he had a craving for Wendy's chili and a frosty I made an online order I had just dropped him off at the house and headed for the drive thru when I pulled up I was greeted with pure hostility the manager was very adamant about telling me how everything was shut down that there was no food that everything would have to be made fresh which I thought my food was always made fresh but anyway some girl came from the back and stood right by the window so I could clearly hear her disappointment about having to make a my meal so close to closing and it seemed the manager did nothing to contest me hearing her anyway they made me pull into a parking space and another car pulled up beside me that was obviously knew someone there or was dating an employee there she knocked on a door and they let her in she returned shortly later with a huge bag of food and let me know her dissatisfaction that because of my late purchase I held things up anyways I waited over 30 minutes before I got my order and the guy that brought it out practically three it in my window and i apologized for making such a late order he just said whatever when I got home I found my order was nothing resembling the order I made there was no frosties the 2 burgers I purchased where not Dave's double with cheese no ketchup they where 2 single meat burgers no cheese an lots of ketchup which my friend cannot have any tomato's because of intestinal issues with his sickness missing 2 orders of chili what he most desired just 2 orders of cold rubbery fries and like 10 cold nasty chicken nuggets with no sauces and 4 stale cookies and it seemed that this order was made out of haste I inspected the burgers and both of them seemed to have huge loogies on them i just threw all the food away i can not believe how unprofessional but I wrote this the next morning I never write reviews but my friend died during the night and I was so upset that he didn't get what he wanted for his last meal all because of...

Wendys should be ashamed to run a location like this! This was the ABSOLUTE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! 0 STARS!! My family of 3 went to dine in tonight. First of all, we went in, and it was filthy, and there were 2 people laying down the soft chairs..and hanging out! 2 orders of fries all over the floors' sauces on tables wrappers everywhere. We ordered from the pick yourself computer. First of all they couldn't find the order for 30 minutes.. and had to be reminded twice in 45 minutes. The people who worked there were very rude, inconsiderate, and treated us horribly! They had no idea how to work the computer to pull up our order. Also they did not give us a recipiet she said she "can't find it" We had ordered a kids meal with cheeseburger and fries and juice , and a double meat burger and a classic chicken sandwich and 6 regular nuggets. NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING was correct. The burger was wrong they didn't have juice they left out our fries, and the chicken nuggets were super spicy. Even though we said no onions... they were on everything! We had ordered lettuce for the sandwiches instead of buns, but of course, we got buns..also we were trying to dine in but they threw all of our incorrectorder in bags. They were absolutely clueless about where they work. All of them had horrible attitudes and looked at us like we made their order incorrectly! And acted like I was speaking Chinese to them!
