I normally don't bother in writing these reviews. But just the sheer incompetence of this particular location warrants a response.
The prior reviews are spot-on. It doesn't matter how simple the order is, of if the line is clear. The workers here will always find a way to screw things up.
I kid you not, I literally just ordered ONE MEDIUM FROSTY. JUST ONE. And there were only two people ahead of me in the line at the drive-thru. Yet the moment I pull up to the window, they are handing me complete meal combos (and trying to charge me in full for that wrong order).
I just rolled with it regarding the extra food, only because I still managed to get the frosty that I wanted — I was lucky that the correct size and flavor just happened to be part of the wrong order. The overall good food quality was also luck on my end.
I gave two stars, as the aforementioned luck made me generous. But it really needs to be one star (or even lower), as I'm well aware from prior reviews regarding how bad things can get at this specific location. Mistakes happen, true, but with such a huge gaffe from even that simple order, combined with the ample evidence from prior reviews regarding repeated errors ... it just demonstrates pure incompetence regarding this particular location, and others need to be...
Read moreI went inside to place an order i waited for a long time at the counterin front of the cash register and i was ignored by everyone in cluiding the one who was in charge, i waited and waited but they completly ignored me ,they would look at me but not a single word, and i just stood there just to see for how long they would ignore me, but no avail they kept ignoring me on purpose ,because they would look at me and then look the other way, and they had at least 4 employees maybe more , with no customers in the lobby and an ocassional customer on the drive thru , until i finally decided to go popeye's next door, and when i went home i told my son about it and he said that he had been there that same day in the morning to buy some break fast, and the same thing happened to him, he was ignored for a long time, so it had to be a different crew, so they all the employees have the same attitude. Read moreI get it, it’s fast food. This Wendy’s has consistently underperformed since inception. Cold food, long wait, poor product, all around lack of appreciation for what it takes to earn a dollar. I’m writing this review based off of my last 10 experiences, and the high water mark barely passes for acceptable. The staff seems pleasant enough, and maybe it’s resources to higher cognitive type people that can act like care a sliver to juke a customer into a false satisfactory experience. The nice part is that it has a decent location, so many others in the neighborhood will spend money trusting that it will be up to par with the national franchise, and will have to find out the hard way. I can’t describe adequately how underwhelming this place is. Not the employees fault, the burden of fault has to lie with Owner and Management. Probably their first franchise, and hope it’s their last. I want to help them find a better place/business for these people to manage so they can’t destroy something as consistent...
