I only have one star because I had to give at least 1 to leave a review.3/21/2021 Our experience here was terrible !!!! We came in early in the afternoon when establishment was very very slow! We figured we had it made. We were seated ( party of 6) and our orders were taken for apps and drinks. Our waitress barely acknowledged us as our drinks were set and the end of the table. We kindly asked for a few minutes to look over the menu to make a decision for ordering. While we waited for about 20 mins for the waitress to return, I had finished my drink. When the waitress finally returned to take our order, my wife chose a triple dipper as meal. She asked to have to have no less wings swapped out for loaded boneless wings. We were told that was not an option. While I understand given the upgrade on the meal may not be equal to- we figured as long as we were willing to pay the difference for the upgrade , we could have what we requested . We found out that apparently that wasn’t the case, wild as it may be that is one of the first times I have ever heard that we couldn’t purchase what we requested. So okay we took that hit on the chin. The rest of the orders were taken. Upon doing so I asked for my drink to be refilled. For the next 20-25 mins we watched our waitress go back and forth between her other tables . Not once did she return to us to see if anything was needed. In the meantime my wife and some of our other guests had finished their drinks and was waiting for someone to take care of us as well as me still not having my refill. So finally I believe a manager was helping in deliver our meal. I told her I had been waiting about 20 mins for a refill as well as others at my table . She apologized and said she was sorry. I told her I was sorry as well, I was waiting patiently . So manager asked to have all drinks refilled. We continued to have terrible service, condiments we asked for not delivered, when finally brought to attention the wait was crazy. Once it finally came time for the check we advised the waitress we were splitting the check and how we needed the split. Even that was a task. I would have to say the service that we received at this establishment was by far the worst I have ever had in my life, and I am 37 years old . Hopefully others have a better experience . Read moreOk so this has nothing specifically to do with Chili's the brand, this has EVERYTHING to do with the training and or managment at this particular location and their customer service. I go to Chilis in Wylie quite often and always receive excellent service, same with Plano locations. This location, however I have been going to either at lunch or after work with my co-workers for 9 months now (probalby once a month so far) and every time we go we get sub-par service. It's borderline apathy at this point. We have never had anyone be specifically rude necessarily but we are always having to hunt down our server for something, it's not proactive service at all and it's definitely not enough of a wow factor to warrant tips especially when literally I've had to use the kiosk to order additional items due to my waiter or waitress not coming back to the table, as well as get my own check and pay. Hardly seems worth the additional money to tip, and i was a cocktail waitress for several years so I absolutely understand the tip situation in restaurants and the lack of a paycheck, but either things have drastically changed, or people just don't care about making any money off tips. Either way, that still should not be acceptable from a management stand point about not putting some effort into checking on your tables and being proactive and attentive to your guests. We only continue to go because it's literally the only place convenient for a drink or office meeting as we work at the dental office in the shopping center. Read moreWhile I’m a big chili fan and frequent this one as it’s close to my house I will say that the bartender that was working on the evening of 10.09.22 was awful. Worst customer service ever. We sat at the bar. We wasn’t greated, had to ask for menus. When the bartender took my drink order my sister was still looking at the menu. She made my drink and gave it to me and then walked away and never asked my sister if she had decided what she wanted. The manager happen to come by and I expressed the problem to her. Once my sister got her drink we finally ordered. Once the food came we were never checked on. My sisters drink ran out half way through the meal and not once did she offer or ask if she wanted another one. She never checked on us, asked if we needed anything the whole time we were there. When we was leaving I expressed to my sis that this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced at this place. The bartender overheard me and proceeded to raise her voice and be very disrespectful in front of all the customers. She even called me trash loudly in front of customers. I asked for the manager who could have cared less and didn’t address the issue at all just said she would talk to her. How UNPROFESSIONAL are these two and definitely shouldn’t be in customer service. I spent $100 in there but will definitely be taking my money to a different chilis...
