Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in The Village

The little girl manager is RUDE!! I would never choose to eat here because of the little girl who said she was a manager who came and yelled at me, my fiance, and my little girl. We pulled into their parking lot, that is shared with a few other businesses to figure out exactly where we were and where we were going. As I was getting my GPS information typed in, here comes this little woman walking up to my car with an attitude asking us to roll down our window. So we did, she then very rudely yelled at us saying we needed to leave her parking lot right this second! All the while waving her hands everywhere and looking like a crazy person. She stated she was management and we were not welcomed there. Keep in mind we were not even parked directly in front of their place of business, and we were simply trying to find our way which we had explained to the young man she had just sent out to talk to us. She literally came busting out directly after him acting like a maniac. I sure hope this is not behavior marcos is proud of. Maybe she could have asked us where we were going and gave us directions, or even cared enough to ask if we could use help instead of being rude and extremely unprofessional!! And don't worry little manager girl, we will never be seen at your restaurant again, I would much rather eat at a place where they have professional...

I’ve NEVER had issues with this location before. I normally log in and it’s got my settings but I was on the go, and needed food fairly quickly but couldn’t remember the password so I did it as a guest. With that being said, I didn’t give “specific” directions on where to place food for contactless delivery like I normally do. So I’ll take the fault for that but let’s be for real. I have TWO chairs, a table AND a delivery box on my front porch and the delivery person put the food on the GROUND. I’m not a snob and can handle it because the food in the box but it’s not like there weren’t better more sanitary options. Especially after paying almost 45 bucks and tipped as well. I have a 78 year old mother to take care of I love her she's been through a lot when I told her I was ordering pizza she lit up like a candle. I had ordered around 8 9:30 came I called to make sure they had my number just in case. Marco's had us wait on pizza they had no intention on delivering the had been sitting there. They asked me was I going to pick it up I was speechless my mother can't be in the house by herself she had a stroke 2 years ago and she has a pacemaker. The man on the phone told me that they will not deliver my pizza because I didn't tip them. I was hurt because it's not just me you did this to. My mother. I told them nevermind just refund please.
