CAVA — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Cava is a really good brand. Healthy & delicious Mediterranean food. However, the service at this branch tarnish Cava.

This evening I made online pickup order for my family including Green & Grains Bowl x 2, Spicy Green Bowl x1, and kid meal x1. The order was completed 15 minutes late than the expected time. I understand it was Monday evening busy time.

When I brought food to home, the side pitta missed for all the orders except for the kid’s meal.

I called the store. Jennifer, the store manager answered phone. Her response did not match the quality of Cava. She did not apologize for the error and simply asked me to drive there. I asked her:”How do you feel if you were me to drive there in the busiest traffic to cover your staff’s mistake?” “What other solution do you have”. Surprisingly, Jennifer said:”That is it.” Her arrogance did not even to try to listen to me. I told her that I had to report my experience to Google Review as an alert to other customers. She said:”Go ahead”

To my friends who love Cava pickup order, they may miss your items unintentional. Double check your order.

To the management team of Cava, I know you have high standard and recipe of success. Hopefully you, especially, the branch manager, Jennifer, would learn from this incident and...

Mediterranean food joint, and overall, I had a delightful experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual yet satisfying meal. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The menu at Cava is impressive, offering a wide range of fresh and flavorful Mediterranean dishes. I opted for a custom bowl. The variety of toppings and spreads, particularly the roasted red pepper hummus and tzatziki, added a wonderful depth of flavor to the meal. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion sizes were generous, providing great value for the price.

However, I did feel that the falafel could use some improvement. While it was flavorful, the texture was a bit too dense and dry for my liking. I believe a slightly lighter and crispier falafel would elevate the dish to match the high quality of the other offerings. A touch more moisture and a crisper exterior would make a significant difference.

Despite this, my overall experience at Cava was very positive. The delicious food, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere make it a fantastic choice for anyone craving Mediterranean cuisine. I will definitely be returning and look forward to seeing how the falafel might be enhanced...

Cava is a Mediterranean counter-ordering restaurant that is located where the old Zoe’s was next to Kroger. They have lots of tables inside and patio seating as well. I like to create my own bowl. Today I got saffron rice. Red pepper 🌶️ hummus. Beef meatballs. You can get any type of protein from braised lamb. Lamb Kafka meatballs. Honey chicken 🍗. Spicy chicken. Or you can combine 2 proteins. I like cucumbers 🥒 Tomatoes 🍅 Corn salsa. 🫒 olives. Tomatoes. Up charge for avocados 🥑 on top. There are a large variety of dressings. I love the food! It is very yummy and somewhat healthy. The staff is very nice. If you like ordering ahead, it’s super easy. My husband and I love Cava and have lunch at least monthly here. Sodas.
