Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Every time I've tried to order a banana split they said they're out of bananas. Store is next door to Kroger, worse case scenario. This time they have bananas I ask for a banana split. I asked for two vanilla scoops and one strawberry. She puts a banana in the middle and puts the scoops on top pops on a spoon then hands it to me. I ask can I get whipped cream or strawberries?? She pours whip on top and turns to the older girl and asks if they have strawberries. She replied "yeah, but you have to cut 'em." So she hands it to me and says they're out of strawberries. I ask for pineapples?? None of that either. As the other girl comes to help her ring up she says it's a banana split and the other girl even asks where is the banana?? This is my $6.99...

Marble Slab derives its brand from the marble slab, and they mix toppings into your ice cream. They have many flavors of ice cream, and each location makes their ice cream, cones, and cookies onsite. Compared to Chiller Bee or something similar, I find this to be richer, smoother, and sweeter, and the mixing "slab" does a much better job of distributing your toppings. Give a few flavors a sample; even if you know what you like, you may find something new. This location has always been well-maintained and as clean as reasonably expected. I would like to leave a review and say I am pleased with the overall customer service at this specific location. Neil, Isabella and savannah were quick to serve Me, my son and my girlfriend and as we began to sit down my son threw a complete fit and they were just completely generous and came out of their way by helping him calm down by offering him stickers and a little spoon that he was completely fascinated with. These 3 specific employees are true solid assets to this company and its people like these that make me want to be a repeat customer.
