We've been coming to this Chili's for a few months now. I think we've been either 3 or 4 times now and we always come on Sundays within a few hours of when they open. There's usually a woman working there in glasses, I think her name starts with an 'M' but I am terrible at remembering names. Anyway, prior to visiting this location I think the last time we had been to a Chili's must've been during Obama's first term. We're talking like 10+ years ago here. But we got the craving for a Presidente margarita last year and Googled the nearest Chili's and while this one wasn't the closest we picked it anyway and we're SO GLAD that we did. Every time we go there we get incredible service, very little wait time, and hot delicious food. There was one time where we think the shrimp may not have been properly cleaned, but aside from that it's been nothing but perfect experiences. I can't claim to know what the service or food is like during the week or on Saturdays, but if you go early in the afternoon on Sunday, it's amazing. The last time we went I swear to god our food arrived like 5 minutes after ordering it. Hot, fresh, delicious. I've never been so completely off guard by the quality of a restaurant in my life! I thought Chili's was supposed to be bad 🤣

I will never visit this Chili's again or maybe no other Chili's, It was absolutely gross! the burger was ok, the fries we're burnt, the strawberry lemonade was sour, watered-down and nasty! and if "Grease" needed a picture attached to it you would see a picture of these big nasty sloppy mozzarella sticks I received, the sausage that went with the bbq plate wasn't done it came out cold. and lets not even get on the Nashville chicken crispers the chicken looked manufactured and stringy didn't look like real chicken at all and it was huge dipped in greasy sauce. The person in the back didn't even care what he sent out as long as he made it look presentable. When they sat my plate down all I smelled was dirty grease, not even clean grease. Im not one to complain so we just paid and left, we did mention something about the lemonade but the waitress never brought a side of strawberry to try and make the lemonade sweeter so we said forget it. Never again!

my favorite restaurant is chilli's, but the one that is close to home is this one and it's been twice with my family, and the first time the food had an orible flavor that we couldn't eat and we left, the second time I visited them they gave the meat raw , cold from the fridge , because the cook did not have the delicacy to open it and they brought it to me folded and inside it is raw , but from so much chilli'i in this one I had those two bad experiences now I am going to continue visiting from Woodlands, Conroe, and others who are visited here in TX even though it is far from home

WORST dining experience ever! We were seated quickly but had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. After waiting another 15 minutes WE finally asked for someone to come take our food order. The waiter came, but only after stopping at a table of 4 who were seated AFTER us. That group left after about 30 minutes of waiting for their food that still hadn't arrived, throwing a few ones on the table for their drinks. We should have followed suit. It was probably another 10 minutes after their departure before our food finally arrived, so about an hour after we were seated. And then our order wasn't even correct! My husband had ordered a burger with a side salad substituted for fries. He received a burger and fries. I had ordered the 6oz sirloin with avocado and asparagus from the guiltless grill for low-carb eating. I received a 3-4 oz over cooked steak (I mean tough!) and a huge pile of mashed potatoes...no avocado and no asparagus. I was so hungry at that point that I went ahead and ate the overcooked steak, but asked to get my asparagus and avocado. 3 out of 4 of us only received a drink re-fill offer once, and my husband never was given a refill on his water, which was empty for at least 1/2 the time we were there. When the bill came we had been charged extra for the salad my husband never received and charged for an extra side of asparagus (which was supposed to come with my meal!) and some other mystery side we never ordered or received. It took 2-3 attempts to get the bill corrected. A manager never came to speak with us, even though we had asked for one to get our bill straightened out. The very least they could have done for us was to comp my meal. Instead the waiter said he'd bring us something to go as compensation. He brought us a Caesar salad! Seriously?! A Caesar salad to go that wouldn't last very long...and I'm pretty sure it was the salad I saw him bring out to the empty table after the party of 4 had left after being sick of waiting. And it's not like they were busy. There were only around 7-8 occupied tables in the restaurant and at least 3 wait staff. Just inexcusable! If you are going to mess up so badly at least own it and don't charge...

We visited on a Sunday afternoon, there was maybe 3 other tables when we walked in, seems no one came in after us. Took forever to get our order, then after taking our order- 20mins later the server came back out and asked us our order again he forgot it- what had they been doing!?- wait some more, we ran thru 4 trays of chips by this time, my husband and brother asked for refills- our server told us they didn't have any clean cups- so they'd have to wait- THERE WAS NO ONE THERE- how is there no clean cups? After finally getting our food and eating, asking and waiting again for our checks the server asked us if we'd like our deserts to go, we agreed and paid, it was taking so long so I took my kids to the car, when my husband finally came out (10mins later) my husband said the server asked him what he was waiting for!? The desert you said you were getting? kid-staffers were completely air-headed, 100% aloof- and it was difficult to find our server on the floor to ask for anything, MIA. It would have been understandable if there had been anyone else in there- but we were this kid's only table, maybe 3 tables total at the time of our meal. Absolutely amazed how these kids even knew how to tie...
