Beware! I thought I was being punked! On 10/15 we ordered breakfast at the drive through around 6:45 am. My order was repeated back to me correctly so we proceeded to the next window. Before leaving, I inspected the bag only to find I'd been given a McGriddle instead of the two burrito meal I'd ordered. I kindly let the young lady at the window know, but before I could finish explaining, the manager (that several people have mentioned here) stormed up to the window and instantly began accusing me of trying to get free food. I handed her the McGriddle back because it wasn't what I'd ordered, so she put her hands on her hips, rolled her eyes at me, and then proceeded to stare me down. NO JOKE. I thought I was being punked so I began laughing, at which point, she wound up the McGriddle like a softball and PITCHED it as hard as she could through the kitchen before turning to stare me down some more. I have no doubt this is on camera! Still thinking this was some kind of a joke, I attempted to verify. When I realized this was not a joke and that she was being intentionally confrontational, I confronted her, at which point she turned her back to me and stayed that way until another young lady corrected the mistake and I drove off bewildered. I Just had a really annoying conversation with drive through because it does not seem like they spoke english period when I got to the window they swapped People so we could have a conversation about what I wanted to order period when I went to the second window. They had to swap a person again in order to check the order and a third person. In order to get my drink period this is relatively insane and at some point this must have illegal workers. Period I have no problem with people trying to make their money. But I do have a problem when I can't communicate with the business, clearly management has some friends they are trying to take care of or is getting some kind of kickback for this. Many people not being able to speak english. On any given day period period the date is December 11th 2024.

She had the smarts to bring a small cup FULL out, then had the audacity to argue with me about lines on the large cup that said “ice” referring to your iced coffee I’m sure…🤦🏽♀️then when I refused to argue she dumped a plop into our large cup and said “but no more” like I was asking for something free, that I had already paid for……… so you fill a small cup to give me a dollop more, then waste what’s in the cup instead of making a customer happy, because I know you aren’t gross enough to throw it back in the machine, right?!
