Unpleasant interaction. The store was nice and clean. I walked in, placed my laptop at a table, and walked the counter to order my drink. I was politely greeted by a barista who said she would "be with me in a moment." Lovely, no rush. When she came to take my order, and I stated what I wanted, she said was unable to hear it. Of course, I repeated the order with a higher volume so she could hear. She was older, maybe mid to late 60s or early 70s. Next, she asked if I wanted anything else. I initially said no, but then remembered I intended to order iced water as well. By now, she had asked for my name also. I paused and said "Actually, I would like one more thing. Can I have a venti iced water also please." At that point, she rudely says "Well, how about you tell me your name." I said "Sure, but you asked if there was anything else and I just remembered the water." At which point she says "No, I never asked you that. Can I have your name. I asked for your name." Wow! So I said "Of course you can have my name, but you indeed asked if there was anything to add to my order. I would like the iced water but you can certainly have my name. Read moreWow! I’m an older patron of Starbucks have always been a super huge fan visit Starbucks wherever I am at least once a day if not twice a day. I have to say this location definitely is disappointing when it comes to customer service which is very odd and out of the normal for Starbucks. I’ve never once been into a Starbucks where there are five workers behind the counter and not a single one greeted me, looked in my direction, or asked if they could help. Finally a young fellow named Kyle approach to the register with a very solemn look on his face no smile did not greet me simply stated what can I get you very matter-of-fact never A greeting or a smile etc. which I find very out of the norm for Starbucks as I have always been very impressed with their hiring process and how they manage to hire and keep such wonderful employees. Read moreI have been going to this location for years. I should face the fact, there is not a location in my area that I have not been going to for years! Over time this location has continued to have baristas that are friendly, efficient and up to the task of the busy drive thru they have here. It has been remodeled and it looks so nice inside. The parking lot here is a bit small and the drive thru is usually very busy. Often times it is quicker to go inside to order.

I understand that you can request a drink to be remade. I am a Starbucks customer of many years. However, repeated requests for remade drinks in the drive through shouldn’t be necessary and makes it difficult on the customers in the line behind me.
