Sonic needs wifi to use the app at the location. I came to your establishment this afternoon at 4pm after work to order a coke for myself and my mom, a hot dog, tater tots, and my 99 cent tater tot reward. My app would not work to process my payment, so I asked to order at your location, but was informed by your staff and manager that your location will not honor my reward or my app order. I was informed by your manager that you do not have wifi so in order to process my order, I would have to order my food at another location and come back. She was very unhelpful and I asked to talk to the owner, and she walked away, saying that she was the only manager available. I drove away not having ordered anything, and I will not return to your establishment until you get nicer managers or at least reliable wifi. So far, sonic seems to be the only business with an app with their brand name who refuse to honor rewards that wouldn't hurt them to. I am very confused and...

Ordered bacon double cheeseburger with no pickles, extra onions, small tater tots & large Dr Pepper. Pressed cash option & waited. Food arrived via a very bubbly car hop who never stopped smiling. The burger was piping hot, cheese melty, bacon perfect, condiments cold, fresh & crisp & my requirements fulfilled. The tater tots were fresh, hot & crunchy. Not as greasy as many of us are accustomed to. Could've used tad bit more salt. The Dr Pepper was completely full, freezing & full strength. I arrived during happy hour & they were quite busy but that obviously didn't hamper the quality of my order. This location does a burger good....
Read moreStaff was unaware there was any sugar free syrups after we ordered online them online staying they didn't carry any syrups that were sugar free. Afterwords took my order for a chili cheese regular burrito and came out with a burrito (chili cheese Jr burrito) that was so small it raised a red flag for me so I asked. They left me with the burrito while they went and asked a manager. They then came out with a full size burrito at which they demanded the old burrito back before handing me the new one. Staff seems very under trained which would fix alot of the issues. The other issues could easily be resolved with getting a manager to handle the customer facing issues.
