Sweet Frozen Bar — Restaurant in The Woodlands

So to start with the yogurt bar. There are empty cups of liquid from machines not working. About 3 flavors are non existent. No sign or anything. There is froyo leaking at the bottom trays. The toppings are mostly empty. And the ones that aren’t are wet and look disgusting. Like the coconut shreds and crumbled Oreo for instance. I figured since all the open toppings look gross I’ll get some nuts from the containers on the top. Except they are empty with powder in it. I went to the bathroom it is covered in paper towels all over the floor. Smells like urine. Just filthy. Wet sticky floor. I told the girls because it’s Mother’s Day I’m sure they will be busy and it would be a shame for more customers to see that. Then her and her coworker were complaining while people are sitting inside eating about how dirty the bathroom is and how they don’t get paid enough. So turned off from the whole experience and...

I usually love this place for the Gelato, but customer service has always been lacking. Went today for "Happy Hour 12-4 mon-thur. BOGO frozen yogurt. " Both my kids got a cup of frozen yogurt with toppings, each costing $8-$9. Then my wife and I each got a gelato cone. The total was $42. I was told the Happy Hour Frozen yogurt only applies if you order ONLY frozen yogurt!! So my kids' two frozen yogurts do not qualify for Happy Hour because we decided to spend an extra $20 for two gelato??? There are no managers on site. No one older than maybe 20 years old working there. They all have Airpods in their ears while sitting on the counter and barely speak to you when ordering. Flies and gnats buzzing around. Sweet Frozen bar also known as Suites. In the Hughes Landing area on Restaurant Row in The Woodlands Houston Texas. There are a few parking spaces on the street but not many. There is also valet parking that charges and also paid parking in a high-rise parking building. There is also free parking over by Whole Foods. it's easy to see from the Main Street. It's very clean and very easy to Serve Yourself and then you can select the toppings. There are tables out front to sit on on the sidewalk. It's very clean and fun to watch the people come by. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend...
