Location is a 10+. Right in the heart of Hughes Landing on the corner of restaurant row. It’s a very small location with about six or seven outdoor tables. Not the greatest place to study. Unless you like chaos. The biggest advice I have is to always mobile order before you come here. It’s hit or miss. Today I mobile ordered and I still had to wait about 15 minutes. On a beautiful day it can be very busy. Some of the baristas are extremely nice and some are very standoffish. It’s hard to tell what you’re going to get when you walk in here. overall it’s a very clean newer design location, but I can’t quite give it to five stars. Located near Whole Foods area lots to see and do Wish it were bigger I guess

It was fast but awful product and rude service. I walked into this Starbucks and pressed order on my mobile app for a java chip frappe. I heard my name called less than 3 minutes later! I get up and get the drink. It was soup! I said I had a question as to why it was like soup. The lady standing there said it sat for a minute and it “just gets like that” but I had no idea from the seconds it took me to get up and walk 6 steps to the counter it melts. She offered to remake it with a glorious attitude of bitchiness. I said no and left. I could see all the chocolate cups sitting at the bottom and the whip cream was sinking into the soup as I’m standing there asking why it was like that.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. My wife politely asked for a cup of water, and despite it being a quiet time with no rush, the staff refused. We’re aware of Starbucks' new policy, but it felt cold and unwelcoming, especially when nearly every other café around gladly offers free water, and some even serve fruit-infused water as a basic courtesy. Starbucks used to stand out for its hospitality, but this kind of rigid attitude really makes you question whether it’s worth coming back. Very poor customer experience.

I’m not going to lie; I am disappointed in this Starbucks this morning. I regularly go to this Starbucks weekly, at least twice a week. So from that, you can allude to the fact that I have spend a decent amount of $$ here. This morning, I grabbed $5 from my money jar and went down to grab some egg bites. When she was checking me out, I was short 30 cents. Never in my life do I think that I should be given something, but the fact that I use this Starbucks 3-5 a week for the past year, I didn’t really think they would turn my order away because I was short ~quarter. Well, they did, and it is very disappointing. I don’t want this to reflect on any of the other kind baristas that work here, they are great and always want to accommodate you, but this was disappointing.

UPDATE: I am a college student, so I always grab my Starbucks for the morning the night before (@9 PM, closing) so I do not have to make the walk when it is hot the next day. As I was pouring my drink this morning, it tasted like straight up milk. So, I poured it out and brought the label & receipt with me to ask them to remake it for me. When I returned to the store, she refused to remake it and refuted with an irritated, brash response. This is just so highly frustrating as I spend upwards of $25 here… A WEEK. For clarification, the cashier, who, in fact was extremely blunt with me, was an older lady with curly...

2023 Review: Jesus Christ what happened to this place? This place looked like a homeless shelter as soon as I walked in. This was my sign to immediately walk away, but I proceeded to the counter. The drip coffee was horrific, must have been stewing for a couple days... No more Clover Machine and no more window seating... This area looks like it was replaced by a makeshift refuge for the homeless... There was a half bag left of reserve Papua New Guinea, which I asked for in a pour over, buy my gosh it was like somebody took the grinds of an over expired bag, ground the beans, brewed some coffee, dispensed the grinds and decided to brew with this 6 months later instead of freshly ground beans... I have no words for how bad the drip and pour over coffee was. I am absolutely flabbergasted by this experience. This used to be the go to place for amazing service and amazing coffee. Please Starbucks just call it and shut your doors. I wish for no other customer to suffer like this....

2018 Review: Relatively quick most of the time, friendly service. This site always has a fair selection of lunch meals available during lunch time if you want to grab a quick bite. Seems to be a popular spot for business meeting and social hangout...

Starbucks is going downhill and nothing gonna save it. Husband a huge fan of coffee. He usually gets pour over. And only a very few baristas nowadays know how to make pour over. They don't teach them those stuff anymore? Or they only teach them how to goof near the bar and gossip? He asked for a tall pour over in a grande cup with a heavy cream. The older cashier lady started to do the whole bin of dark roast. Why older people work in a fast environment like Starbucks is another question. Two other baristas just had their time near the bar. No clue what's going on around them. The drinks had been called in a very soft voice and kept building up near the pick-up location. Nobody cared. It's been like 10+ minutes and baristas who had fun near the bar never asked us if we got our drinks. Why do they work in customer service if they don't know how to deliver it? Next time I'm gonna write their names and make them famous for their terrible service. The cafe is dirty. The...
