McDonald's — Restaurant in Thibodaux

Very very rude staff!! Very racial, and gender biased towards homosexuals. Staff made vulgar comments directed towards my girlfriend and I. We arrived there about an hour before they were closing and we were the only customers in the lobby, we ordered and they waited around, about, 20 minutes, when the two staff members stood around eating apple pies, to have the front lobby staff proceed to tell me they didn’t have any apple pies although I had just order them 30 mins prior, we waited about 30 more minutes for our food while they completely ignored us as though we weren’t even there, by the time the gave us our order, we sat down to eat our meal and got about 2 bites into our meal, when the sloppy, sweaty manager came and and told us we had to leave because they were closing their lobby, and rudely made us wrap our food up and leave, although it was bc of them taking an hour to serve us at a FAST food restaurant that we were unable to eat our food in the lobby as we had planned! As we were walking out the door, as they had directed us to, the lady made very rude and unpleasant comments toward our sexuality! I was humiliated and never plan on going back to this location. I see many reviews that I cannot agree with here. I’m a frequent customer and I will say this. Service was always friendly, it was always clean, my order has never been messed up or confused. I like this place even though I don’t really like fast food. Staff is great. There is a kind of negative syndrome in some locals in Thibodaux where they will ignore a hundred good experiences somewhere and only write a review when they have an unsatisfactory experience, as if employees in there aren’t making next to minimum wage to be polite and respectful to people who treat them like garbage and take their customer service for granted. I have seen some pretty disrespectful customers that should take their pompous @$$ to a grocery store and cook their own food instead of unleashing their snobby wrath upon society’s fast food workers. Family friendly environment, wheel chair accessible, clean, plenty of parking and peaceful environment most times. Worst case scenario is there will be a large group of loud children there....

I've visited this McDonalds Twice in past week. First time, drive through order had 5 cars in front, took over 35 min in line...! I though it was short staff but counted 5 employees inside with manager. Add to this the walk in was closed. Manager stood there laughing and talking to others and seemed to only bag items which seemed to be in one at a time being cooked. I set almost 8 of those 35 min waiting fir a Quarter Pounder Deluxe and Frappe to get bagged at the window. Tge burger had about a tablespoon of shredded lettuce, a tomatoe slice about 1½" in diameter and no onions. Frapoe was ok. Breakfast on this day was the Big Vreakfast with hotcakes. I discovered it was missing sausage. This was faster day but still took 10min with 3 cars in front. I did sit at 2nd drive through speaker for a couple minutes then drove around to get in other one. Noticed 2 more cars do the same. They should have blocked ot off if not working. I will NOT TETURN to this McDonalds. Just here working and...
