Wendy's — Restaurant in Thibodaux

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This has got to be the worst place to eat in town. We've tried it a few times since the reopening, and every time has been awful, they take forever even though there's no other customers, then when you do get your food, it's cold and stale. I'm not sure what all the waiting is for if the food is still gonna be cold, not to mention they're extremely rude. Any time you're ordering for more than one or two people they get extremely annoyed and rude. They will also without a doubt forget one of your items or all of your sauces, and then have an attitude When you come back around the drive-thru to get your missing items. I'm really not sure why we keep trying this place, hoping it would get better....

Ordered food, paid for it, got home and discovered the spicy chicken we had only contained a bun, a spot of mayo and a piece of chicken. I called the store back and was at that time informed that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. I can understand when you run out of supplies that is not my issue. I am upset that I paid full price for meals that were stripped down to a bun, a spot of sauce and a piece of meat with no warning that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. Prices are okay. We shared a bunless triple and tasted good. We added salt and pepper to make it better. Register girl didn't know what we were talking about when we asked for bunlees so we asked to get the manager to help us and was able to be accommodated better. Restaurant seems to keep condiments behind the counter except the ketchup so maybe there were some issues with all that being out for easy access.
