Swung through the drive thru on 09/25/2025 and I have to say I’m definitely not satisfied. My overall experience at this Starbucks has not been that good lately. This is the second time in about a week they’ve had to remake me or my spouses drink, or that we’ve noticed our drinks were completely jipped. We drive to the Gratiot location because it’s the closest Starbucks for us. Mind you we pass Bigby, Tim Hortons, etc. but we choose to spend our money and take our business to the Gratiot location. If someone is spending $6-$12 on a drink. PLZ! Take the time to consider what that person went thru just to make it there and tryn attempt to give every customer a good effort. I usually let things go for the greater good but you have to understand if your going to serve coffee and not get it right or short people on their beverages your going to get some pretty upset customers. There’s a lot of people that live the coffee lifestyle and your product is what they look forward too! My cup was filled to the T with ice, my cold foam was just some bubbles on top, and my coffee tasted as if I’d just made it at home and let it sit in the fridge. Read moreI drive to this town once a week and always look forward to ordering my usual iced Matcha with cold foam. Today, I stopped by this location and was extremely disappointed. First of all, there was no cold foam in my drink. It looked like someone tried to make it look like there was cold foam by adding a thin line on top, but let’s be real—it was basically green all the way through. No fluffy white layer like there should be.
I figured maybe it was an honest mistake, so I went through the drive-through again to ask about it. The person told me, “Oh yeah, I watched the other guy put it in.” But honestly? It just doesn’t taste right. There is clearly no cold foam in there. Anyone who regularly orders this drink knows the difference, and I’m frustrated because I paid $7.63 for a drink that’s not right.
It’s not just about the money—it’s about consistency and quality. If you ran out of cold foam, just say that. Don’t serve a half-done drink and pretend it’s fine....

The only reason I gave them 4 stars on atmosphere was for a similar reason another reviewer gave. The music was too loud to just have a conversation without raising your voice and was not giving great coffee shop vibes. Wanted to get out as soon as my coffee was ready.
