sushi 'n — Restaurant in Thomas Township

I am very sad about this rating... However, my most recent experience was absolutely the worst I've ever had in an establishment. I used to tell all my friends and clients about how great this sushi place was, recommended them to anyone that talked about sushi. I ordered the iron Man to go, I get this roll at least once a month, if not more sometimes. The yellow sauce had something terribly wrong with it. I called to let them know and explained myself to the young girl, the woman, then the man that prepares the sushi. I was told it was my taste not the food, even after explaining to him I've been there over 100 times and get the same roll almost every single time.... He said there was nothing he could do about my taste. I wasn't even asking for new food, just to let them know they needed to fix the sauce. It was so rancid i had to spit it out. He was so rude and said he couldn't do anything so I started to challenge him, telling him he's a small business and needs to be more polite and take care of his customers, especially if they go there often. He didn't care. After quite an argument, he said he'd remake the same roll without the yellow sauce and that they closed soon so I needed to get there quick. When I went in to get the new roll, he continued to argue with me and tell me I was wrong, it was absolutely embarrassing. I asked for my money back and not a new roll, he told me that he cannot give me my money back. I really only wanted it back because of the disrespect. I will never go back again. Concerned about the quality now, and an establishment that doesn't treat customers with respect doesn't deserve...

Rolls I ordered: Sunshine Caterpillar Avatar California deluxe

Everything was absolutely amazing. The ingredients looked and smelled like they had just been caught. The presentation was phenomenal. The service was polite and friendly, and the chefs answered the questions I had with pleasantness. The rolls i ordered we competitively priced, and I haven't seen a better deal for the quality in the 7 or so sushi restaurants I've been to in the last 6 months

It took me 7 pieces of the sunshine roll to figure out why I didn't like it, and it's because the lemon didn't play well with my taste buds. I didn't care for that roll because of my personal preferences

The other 3 rolls were magnificent! Amazing flavor, exceptional smell, and delightful to look at! My eyes were bigger than my stomach, though, so I still had 12 pieces left to take home. The issue with this? I was on a motorcycle with no saddle bags, and didn't take my backpack. I had to position the styrofoam box inside my riding jacket with the seam down (to reduce spillage), and hope for the best.

To my pleasant surprise, when I arrived home, there was only some minor shifting of the rolls in the box when I opened the lid, and all the ingredients were still intact (save a bit of squishing). Popped them in the fridge, and a couple hours later, had a second sushi meal! I'm impressed with how well the rolls stayed together during the ride home! 10/10 will definitely be making the...

You're welcome to seat yourselves or wait for the hostess. Tipped my Waiter $10. on a $20.49 meal of 2 sushi rolls. Our Waiter went above his call of duty ensuring everything was perfect, as it was. The Waiter asked we pass our glasses to top off our waters. Polite service and courteous tips well. Sushi 'N makes the most delicious 'California' sushi roll in this known world. Inside are different around the world vegetables. Drizzled over the sushi is a sesame seed sauce of sorts. The overall experience was to marvel as compared to La Jolla, Cali. & always leave stuffed & most satisfied. Our order came with an abundance of flavor. Including the fresh roasted soy beans, was a first. Before the soy beans was the flavorful house salad. One sushi roll will fill your belly. The 2nd order will be taken home. Order out & get the same perfection as ordered inside. Sushi 'N makes Shields of Saginaw a nicer place to experience. Listen to soft music while reading the menu with descriptive pictures of each sushi roll. Watch the maker cut fine pieces of tuna before your eyes, up front, and center. There are 4 booth seats with 3 or 4 regular dining tables with comfy padded chairs. Register left from walking inside & seating to the right. Get ready for a flavor-plosion...
