Bojangles — Restaurant in Thomasville

I pulled into Bojangles here almost empty parking lot As a matter of fact I’m sitting here right now in the dining area and I’m the only customer in here. When I came in there was no one at the register. I waited a couple of minutes being ignored. Then a couple of other people came in behind me and finally someone working in the back saw us and came walking out looking disgusted at us that we were there. I was very courteous to the young lady, but she looked miserable to even be taking my order. Not friendly at all.

I ordered chicken Supremes with ranch dressing the four piece. When I get my food, she then tells me there’s no ranch. That would have been good to know before I ordered them since that specifically what I like with them. The when I was walking away she told the customer behind me. Sorry they were out of dark meat, chicken. So he didn’t get what he wanted either.

Them to the drink dispenser. Pepsi only comes out water. I go to the other one. Also Pepsi just comes out water. So far, not hitting on much in this location.

I sit down and look at my four piece chicken tenders. Three look OK but one apparently came from a baby chicken because it’s only half the size. Surely they saw that when I gave it to me. Now to the fries. I like the seasoning they put on it, but apparently the lid must’ve came off because it’s so covered. I can’t eat them. Last at least the dining area is dirty. I see napkins and stuff on the floor and overall not a good look. I would not recommend this location unless they start doing...

April 2024- This is the first time I’ve dined in this location. I have only been through the drive thru a couple times and have not had good experiences. However, my granddaughter wanted to go here so I gave in.

The restaurant is dirty. Even the glass case with the food is a mess either French fries everywhere. There were several tables that were dirty and lots of employees there, but little work was being done. They were standing around cutting up instead.

The food was pretty good except the fries had been seasoned SO much that I could only eat a few. And I LOVE salt.

Not a place I recommend unless whoever manages this place gets some employees who actually care about their work ethic.

Previous review- I went through the drive thru at 8:45pm. The drive thru was moving slowly. I informed the employee before ordering that I had a BOGO free Cajun Filet biscuit. I ordered fries and half and half tea. When I got to the window they said they had a Cajun filet combo. I informed them again I had the coupon for BOGO. The manager came over to get the register total right. I got home and still only had one biscuit. In addition, the biscuit has two biscuit tops instead of a proper biscuit. Also, my tea is not half and half. Very disappointed. I did call and spoke with Alicia who was helpful. She offered a code I can use tomorrow to go back through and get two Cajun filet biscuits for my trouble.

Another visit and my while the food was delicious, I once again got the wrong food. I did call and they replaced the wrong item...

This place was horrible. I ordered ahead for curbside pickup using the app and when I got there, the app showed my order was completed. I indicated I arrived and waited 10 minutes. While waiting the manager came outside and smoked a cigarette. Three other employees came out and they all stood there having a good ole time. After they went back inside, I pulled around to the drive thru window and told them I was waiting on my order. The girl told me "they're getting it right now," and had me pull to the door. I can see The employees standing around goofing off. The drive thru guy openly sat in the dining room with his cell phone until an old couple walked into the restaurant . After another ten minutes, the food finally came out. I waited 25 minutes for chicken. When I got home... The order was wrong. 25 minutes for the wrong chicken. There's a KFC around the corner and a Zaxby's down the street. Go there instead and avoid this place at all cost.

My 8-year old niece gave the Mac and Cheese two out...
