If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! I was on my way home from my graduation and started to feel very sick. My husband brought me to this establishment so I could use the restroom. I asked the hostess if I could use the restroom because I felt very sick. She said yes and pointed to the direction of the restroom.
I entered the EMPTY restroom and started to use the restroom as requested. A few minutes later a woman entered the restroom yelling and accusing me of harassing guests. I told her she must be mistaken because I was simply using the restroom. I explained that I was sick and needed to use the restroom. I also shared that I asked and was granted permission to do so. She continued to yell and accuse me of harassment. I told her that there was no way I could do such a thing because I’m using the restroom and I’m sick. She threatened to call the COPS if I didn’t stop and leave. Let me not fail to mention that there was no visible signage that signaled that the restroom was for patrons only. That’s what she kept yelling over and over again. She didn’t realize that I was on the phone with my husband the entire time and he could hear everything that was going on.
And guess what? These idiots actually called the cops, just because I was using the restroom. When I came out all four hostesses were looking extremely dumb especially the one that told me I could use the restroom. So the cops arrive and literally let us go. The waitress who was yelling said they were concerned because money was missing from a table. I told her that I don’t need money because I make more money than she could imagine in a day! And that’s a fact! I have three degrees and don’t need tip money to make sweetie! Oh, let me not forget that her only description was an African American woman. You know we all look alike…dummy.
I’ll recommend they do some training in being empathetic because clearly it’s lacking!
Now y’all go...
Read moreThis used to be a good seafood restaurant but it has changed to something similar to Applebee's, Chili's or Ruby Tuesday's. The menu and pricing are comparable to those restaurants as well. They had a wide variety of food to choose from. There's a full bar and the facility was very clean, including the restrooms. I ordered a ribeye steak sandwich with french fries. I have to say both were delicious. It was cooked and prepared exactly how I specified. The french fries were some of the best I've ever had from any restaurant. Although I didn't have a salad, there was a very nice salad bar. It was well stocked, clean and looked very fresh. I had something else in mind for my lunch but I still had a hard time passing on the salad bar because it just looked so good! The staff were all very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere was wery relaxed. It has high ceilings and music was playing. There were lots of TV's with different shows on each. All the patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was a little loud and I attribute that to the high ceilings, music and conversations going on. The funny thing about that was, I had no trouble hearing the person I was with and no trouble hearing our server. I could hear all the people around us talking but couldn't understand what they were saying, nor was I trying to listen to any other conversations. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was very pleased with it all the way around. I will definitely...
Read moreWe tried the newly opened restaurant in Thomasville and WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED. Firstly, we were told "10-15" mins and it took an hour (much of that waiting inside for our order.) Then we drove up to the drive thru and waited... and waited... and waited. No one ever came. We drove around and tried again and no one ever showed. We went inside and after the food was ready they said "it will be faster next time to use the drive thru!" Then someone came to the drive thru asking to speak to a manager, and the manager was sitting at the bar, drinking a beer. It wasn't even closing time. He waited several minutes before heading to drive thru window. Plus it was terribly loud in the dining room. Then we got home and the order is wrong. They had given me the wrong sides with my sandwich. The food tastes awful. I ordered a Reuben and I get better ones at Arby's! I asked for extra kraut & sauce and there was hardly any on it at all. We ordered spaghetti and it was super greasy and lacked flavor. And they forgot the garlic bread that was supposed to come with it. My fries were cold. The mac and cheese was "generative tasting" and the styrofoam container it was in was melted. The brisket philly was flavorless and the bread was hard. We will NOT be back. We paid a lot of money for dinner to be so disappointing. I do not recommend. If you're in the neighborhood, just drive past it. It's not...
