This Taco Bell is trying follow safety guidelines regarding the coronavirus pandemic, but failing miserably. All staff members are wearing masks, but out of the 6 employees I saw, only one was wearing the mask correctly. All others were either wearing the mask below their nose to only cover their mouths or wearing the mask below their chin. What's the point of having the mask if it's not worn properly? As usual, my order was wrong. I'm used to it though, this Taco Bell rarely gets my order correct on the first try. The worker handing me my food was handing another customer is food at the same time. Apparently we had similar orders and she placed his chicken quesadilla in my order (I had ordered a cheese quesadilla). Not a big deal to me, but the other customer had already left not knowing his quesadilla was with me. I told the worker about the error and all I get in response was, "Oh, I must have gave you his quesadilla." No sense of remorse, no apology. Lastly, after I received my order, I asked for a handful of hot and fire sauce each, as I had ordered $15 worth of food. The same worker that got my order wrong handed out 5 packets of sauce total, no where near enough for my whole order. I asked her for some more and she replied that they are only allowed to give 1 sauce packet for each item ordered, which is absolutely ridiculous. All of this happened during 1 visit and is the norm for me every time I visit this Taco Bell. If you decide to eat from here, don't get your hopes up or they'll come...
Read moreThis Taco Bell makes me sad. Like many chain fast food restaurants I have encountered in the Thomasville area, It is not living up to its potential. I have visited quite a few Taco Bell locations while traveling, and this is the worst location I have ever been to. Fortunately, the food itself is fine and what I expect from Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the restaurant was severely understaffed during my most recent visit and incredibly smokey. The food was very very slow, especially if you needed to order or pay with a teller inside the restaurant. It wasn't so bad ordering at a kiosk. I think there are major management and perhaps ownership problems in play. Maybe they can't get enough good workers? I don't know what the situation may be, but right now it's just not a good customer experience. I hope to be able to update this review in the future with news of nice improvements, but it's probably going to be a while before I give this Taco Bell...
Read more5/14/25. Kept being interrupted at the speaker. The wife and I know exactly what we want when we eat here. It’s an easy order, only minor adjustments. But with the person on the speaker interrupting us, we doubted they’d get our order correct. At the window, it was slammed on us as we pulled up, payment ready. She took our payment, handed drinks out to us without looking, then handed the bag of food to us ripped almost in half completely. Followed by handing my card and wadded up receipt out the window without looking at us or saying a word. Upon arriving home, we dispersed our food and found no hot sauce, which we requested, and no chips for the cheese dip(although we received the cheese dip.). Also found lettuce on the taco we requested no lettuce on. Probably didn’t get that memo since we were constantly interrupted during the order. We know not to expect a 5 star dining experience when we go to a Taco Bell. But this...
