Manager needs to get involved and the female employee needs to be fired and not believe a word she says to try and defend herself. I called in a order for pickup went through drive through and waited a long time decided since it should be ready for pickup went inside. Went inside no employee was at the checkout register. I stood there as an elderly waitress was waiting on tables and they were taking drive through orders ignoring the customers at the register. I was standing there watching all the employees waiting and fixing orders for drive through but still ignoring customers at register. I told the waitress I was told my order would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes for pickup. The entire time I was inside I could see my order was ready sitting there getting cold. I finally said can someone check me out. A rude female (I asked the female employees name but the waitress wouldn’t tell me her name, stout 30ish maybe with pulled back ponytail frizzy hair) employee came from the back and I was having trouble understanding her and told her my name and that my order was ready sitting there I needed her to check me out. She kept talking and I told her I couldn’t understand her with the mask on because of my hearing disability. She stomped off in a huff without checking me out very rude. This is last time I will order there. The waitress who was waiting tables finally checked me and another customer out but the customers behind me were not waited on. ...
Read moreWe started off with a appetizer "Sampler Plater". The Onion rings had a perfect crunch to them as we where looking for more but, they where gone that quick. Fried Mushrooms where tender and just the right amount of crunch. Potato skins had pile high pulled pork and had melted Cheddar cheese on the. This was a awesome appetizers to start with. I ordered the Brisket burger, huge hamburger topped with twice smoked brisket, smothered with grilled onions and had melted provolone cheese & Cheddar cheese. I had to cut this brisket burger in half to eat it. It just to big for two big. Also came with large portion of steak fries. I loved this brisket burger. My friend Carl had ordered the Burnt ends brisket platter. He asked me "What are burnt ends" I told him that Burnt ends are the trimmings from a smoked brisket. During the smoking process, the point cut of the brisket develops a rich, smoky bark and crunchy texture. They then trim off this flavorful section, cut them into cubes sauce them and kiss them with smoke to caramelize them. Carl said this brisket was best he has ever eaten. 2 sides where collard greens(Yummy) baked beans, and 2 slices of garlic bread. Carl never eats bread, but today he said shoveled the end. Thank you Fallin's Real pit Bar-B-Q . Our lunch was Awesome! Best Bbq in...

This place sucks. I spent $20 for a Brisket Burnt Ends plate, and this is what I got:
Six fatty, chewy under-seasoned cubes. I wouldn't even complain if they tasted good or were a bit crispier or tender. They were none of the things that I would expect from Burnt Ends. I'm not even sure if this place knows what they're supposed to be like, but these hardly qualify as Burnt Ends; no intense flavor, no deep smoky crispiness or color, and they were as far away from flavor as my home is back in Texas. I had to take a picture of the remaining cube to show how fatty some of them are. It was like chewing on a condom. It was seriously unpleasant eating these.
And quantity was also disappointing. You would be too if you spent $20 on a Brisket Burnt Ends plate and just saw these 6 measly fatty cubes. I expect more for $20, or at the very least, tastier BBQ.
It's not all bad, though. I thought their potato salad was lovely. Too bad it's called Fallin's BBQ and not Fallin's Potato Salad.
The people there also seemed pretty friendly, too, which is nice. But I don't go to a restaurant for pleasantries, I go for food. And for these reasons, I will never return to...
