Tonight I stopped by Zacadoos (in Thomasville) to pick up two Zac Snacks. When I approached the speaker, the young lady said we only have zac snacks and tenders. That was fine because that’s what I wanted. I get to the window, she takes my payment, then ask me to drive up. I asked why and she said there is a 2 minutes wait on tenders. Well, if you are only serving tenders, why are you asking me to pull up? Unfortunately, I agreed to pull up. I waited, and waited, and waited. No one came with food. So I approached the window. The young lady at the window ask me what am I waiting for. ????? Then she says, I lost your ticket. So that meant I would have been waiting for an eternity if I had not gotten out of my vehicle. Then I said I wanted my money back. Then the manager approached me. Her first words to me were: well if I give you your money back it is gonna take 3 days before it’s on your card. Not I’m sorry and let me make it right. Nothing! Then manager says well I didn’t know you were waiting. I then stated to her that they should not have taken my money, then ask me to pull up and wait. The polite thing to do is ask me if I’m willing to wait because the food is not ready. Then I said that I’ve watched 3 cars leave the line while I sat waiting. Additionally, why was I asked to pull up if you are only serving one thing. The cashier was clueless as to why I was waiting and attempted to deny that she is the person who asked me to pull up. I will NEVER support this company! Poor customer service! I’ve had similar instances but enough is enough now! This place deserves a zero rating! Read moreI went by Zacadoos today and spent $41 due to all the cars I pull around front in check my order. After checking my order I notice that they didn't put my full order in the bag I check my receipt and I was charged for the missing item. So less then 2 minutes of receiving my food I call in there to let them know that I didn't get my full order. The young lady name Nicole told me to pull around and she would bring it out. I pull around she walks out empty handed and says her manager wanted her to check my bag. So I let her check the bag and thought to myself maybe if he would of check the bag I wouldn't be right here waiting for them to fix his mistake. I told her to take the food back and give my money. The manager was definitely rude at the window and sending his employee out to check my order like I lied. At the end of the day I choose where I spend my money. I'm definitely done...
Read moreI went on opening day, I thought this would be a great way to put them to the test. The lines were long, someone came up to the window to let me know wait times were a little long. In just a couple of minutes it was our turn to place our order. For once the person taking my order was super polite(my order was for 5 people) oh did I mention it was lunch rush. I thought to myself surely this is going to be one messed up order. I pulled away from the drive thru and checked my order, to my surprise the entire order was correct. That doesn't happen often. Got home food was still warm and really good. So for this review I can't find a single complaint with this place. Oh I forgot that long wait they spoke of was less than 5 minutes. Prices are un usually low. So you can afford to take a everyone out to grab a bite. Will by trying...
