Andy's Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Thornton Township

My patronizing this restaurant has come to an end. If a restaurant can't cook french fries correctly then they shouldn't serve them. My order before this order today came with undercooked fries so I called and told the cashier about it and she said they would give me an order with my next order. Well, today I received an order with fries so overcooked, they may as well have been potato chips. To add to my dissatisfaction, the order was incorrect and I just didn't have time to wait for them to get it right during my lunch break...Never again will I patronize this place...Wasn't even offered a drink or percent off for the inconveniences. NEVER AGAIN!

RIVER OAKS GYROS IT IS...

I saw Andy’s Hot Dogs just down the road from Mr Submarine and thought I should give it a try. What a lucky bonus beef find. I will tell you that the Italian Beef is sliced a little bit thicker than most peoples, but it is moist and delicious, they use Turano bread, dipped to specifications, and it was only $.50 more for the combo… so I went for it. They use Alpino giardiniera which is super spicy and gets my stamp of approval. I was so happy to have found this place.

The staff was super Friendly and helpful. Drive-through was available, but I ordered takeout...

I first stopped there two weeks ago. I was shocked when I got home how much I loved the burger I ordered. Hot fresh. Best tasting burger I've had in long time. This includes my own.off the grill. Went back this week. This time I ordered fries. Famous. Ordered chicken wings. Great fresh tasting wings. The person taking orders at window I do believe is the owner. Working hard to keep this long standing restaurant stay open. If your in area. You got to try this place. Prices...
