Rainbow Shops — Local services in Thornton Township

I had the worst customer service experience in this store. I complained right to the cashiers face and the manager available at that moment which was 1st March 2020( within 5-6pm) how horrible they were, the cashier was laughing and making fun of me. I would never visit the store again. I went there to exchange a joggers I got online to a smaller size, unfortunately I didn’t see it. I ask a worker I saw on the floor, she said she doesn’t think they had it, so I went straight up to the cashier to return it, at the point of returning it, she told me they had, so she collected the jogger and the receipt and told me to go to the left aisle I would see a smaller size. I went back and it wasn’t there, I came back to tell her it wasn’t there, so I need to swipe and go since she collected the joggers and receipt. She told me to wait, when she is done attending to the person in front she will attend to me. I patiently waited till she attended to 4 customers, then I had to tell her I’m waiting to be attended, she told me the manager would attend to me, I met the manager, the manager sent me back to her, at this point I was angry and had to voice out . The queue was long as more people joined the queue, the lady said she wouldn’t attend to me until she’s done with all the customers which was so frustrating after waiting for almost 20-30mins. I went to the store on Monday October 30th, 2023 at 12:30pm. The store was supposed to be open but instead the gate was down. I called the phone number listed to see if someone was just in a back room, but there was no answer. There also was no signage on the gate to say if there was a reason why the store was closed.
