Came night of Sept 8, 2023 and was very rudely spoken to by an older unattractive slim female cashier of Caucasian/Hispanic decent wearing baggy clothing and working the drive thru. SHE ALSO MADE YOUR BUSINESS LOSE OUT ON WELL OVER $50 because she thought it was a good idea to be disrespectful behind the window ….key words…. “Behind the window.” The first red flag was when I pulled up to the menu screen & microphone, she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. The second was when I arrived at the window, she refused to bag food separately for two separate customer orders. As she declined doing so she was extremely rude in her tone & also used the word “babe” in an attempt to be demeaning. I asked her not to speak to me like that or call me that again and she chose to respond by saying “Okay HUN!” as a ploy to be sarcastic and disrespectful once more. Very ignorant. I never once raised my voice or even cursed so to be spoken to in that way let me know right away not to patronize the business and I cancelled the entire order as it sat ready to be bagged. She wasted customer time and the business’ time/money and didn’t bat an eyelash as she did it. Im a business owner myself and would NEVER hire someone who would happily watch MY MONEY go down the drain. People like her prove why they are where they are in life. I’ll refer back to visiting the Baba’s on the other end of SIBLEY, which is barely 5 minutes away and I’d suggest the same for those reading this review. Read moreI ordered 3 gyros with extra sauce thru Uber Eats. I called and complained about the extra sauce not being honored and in fact there was no sauce on any of the gyros ordered. The gyros were dry, the onions were cut extremely large, there was one slice of a transparent tomatoe and lots of lettuce!! The phone rep said something in spanish and said to me, the cook said there was sauce on the gyros. Really Itch!!!😨Why am I calling then?!!😣😣😣I was quickly advised that since I had ordered thru Uber Eats that I couldnt receive a refund but I could bring the gyros back myself and they would remake the gyros...
