I am a new resident of riverdale. Went and visited this local jjs fish. Everything was good.......until after spending almost 27.00 i asked for some extra ketchup packets..and the owner wanted to charge me. I asked why would ge want to charge me extra?.. Shhe said.."he charges extra for everything" 👀😩😕really? Cheap 2nd got to fish dinners..the fish was overly fatty...bread was hard. Crappy peices of 🐟. ...but have the nerve to be charging extra...for ketchup smdh. Well one thing for sure..i will never be back to this place...rather ride to the westside on madison and central. #goodcustomerservice! #goodfood #goodfish #noextraforketchup.

3... Employee stated after me asking why extra after paying 27.00. She sats "would you like to talk to him? Maybe he will just give it to you" he walked up.. No hello..how are you...no how can i help you. In askedhim is it possible to get more ketchup..he turns to employee asking if she gave me some. Wich was only a few. She said,"yes". He had the nerve to only pass me 3...sad as life customer service sucks...

The restaurant is clean. The staff is very professional and courteous. The cook is superb if you want your order cooked a certain way just ask Omar and you get what you ask for. Mike the owner should not let this guy go anywhere he's just that good. I've been going here for a couple years and only had a couple of mistakes which were fixed immediately no problem this establishment is the best for the south suburbs. One thing though Mike, you need to return your specials of cat fish fillets to $7.99 and bring back the 25 wing pan for $19.99 every once in awhile please, other than the price raise of $1.00 across the board J J's is awsome keep up...

The food is definitely delicious with reasonable prices they just don't put your sauce on your food they give you a small little dipping cup for your sauce and it's not even close enough to be spread over your food not sure if it's cost efficient or what but it's definitely a inconvenience and they charge you for more sauces cups definitely lost some points on this one 3 stars only because they open late and the food is good but the selfishness with the sauce as a restaurant is a big down play for customer service too me honestly we're paying extra for what every good/great restaurants gives freely at no extra charge I'm...
