Dress To Impress — Local services in Thornton Township

Today was the first time in many years of going to this clothing store that I didn't receive top-notch services. The sales associates are usually on top of their game when it comes to helping you find and / or put together a great outfit. But today was terrible. The store wasn't busy, but everybody was running their mouths and / or being attentive by no means. After 38 minutes of looking around for items myself and finding what I was kind of looking for, a sales associate finally finished with another customer and came over to help me out. He (James) helped me put the finishing touches on what I believe will be an eye-catching outfit. And YES, I still purchased items from this store(because they have some of the coldest clothing in the area), but I was very disappointed in how I was ignored by so many salesman associates. I guess I wasn't dressed to impress the staff, but my Gold American Express card can still get it...

Just called police on a non confrontational black man. They charge him to hem his pants and among other things, but stitch witch them instead. His pants split at his birthday party causing ppl to laugh at him because it looked like he was wearing a dress. Crazy part is he has spent over $1,000 at this place and shops here regularly. This place did everything, but accept responsibility for the wardrobe malfunction. When he express himself on Facebook Live calmly, they called the police! They know his character, that was unnecessary! Apparently you can't be black and express yourself at this establishment without police being called. Thank you Chuck for letting...

I took my son to this store to get something for his Homecoming dance. The store is very clean, organized and has a very nice selection of Men’s clothing, shoes, cologne, jewelry and more. Our salesman Peanut has great customer service skills and made our shopping experience a good one. A lot of celebrities shop here because of the good quality of merchandise. We will definitely be back to shop again soon. I highly recommend this store especially if you are looking to...
