Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Thornton Township

This visit wasn't good. Order didn't get thru on approved. HAD to order inside. Order was brought out to me and I should have looked at it because there was NO ITALIAN SAUSAGE on my pizza. There were these tiny dense pcs of so.ethi g similar to Franco Meatballs. Must have been Pepperoni or a similar. This preparer o visibly doesn't know his meats OR was told to substitute it instead of advising customers etc. My 1st visit 2 weeks earlier was wonderful. At that time I met the young man who said that this establishment t was his. This visit He was not there, and being a NEW business there are NO days away. I thought I was finally able to buy Fresh pizzas again after ~5+years of not doing so due to a previous extremely horrible experience at Domino's Dolton abd...

I would like to patronize this new location, but all the trash that lines the sidewalk in front of this strip mall is a huge factor. It looks terrible and the owners/renters of the store fronts should have someone clean that up. I can’t do business with an establishment that won’t even bother to keep the outside of their business clean. Doesn’t matter if you’re the owner either. This represents your establishment and if you don’t care to keep it clean, then I’ll go t a business that does. It is for this reason that I bypass this Dominoes and travel 3 miles away to another one. Curb appeal is everything and that curb is to filthy for me. Tonight the the guy who close and locks up the restaurant received my order during business hours, and completed my order but proceeded to close restaurant without giving me my order 2 minutes after notification saying my order is ready for pickup. The first minute of notification that my order is ready for pickup I drove to the drive thru. I noticed that the lights was on but not as usual; so I went inside the restaurant 2 minutes in and the last guy that was inside the restaurant was not concerned for my paid order and rudely dismissed the fact that I received notification that my is ready for pickup. He really pissed me off because he was trying to leave without notifying me with reasonable belief that I will be refunded..... there is more complaints...
