“Manager” doesn’t know how to use the app. Lost her store business for huge party as well as all future pizza needs... lied to me on the phone, lied to my face, and lied to my husband.
I was told by female manager on the phone that I could do to 7.99 any way you want them medium pizzas IN STORE... because, I couldn’t find the order for the future option on the app. I needed to order a large amount for a party that we were throwing the weekend before Christmas. Went to the store couple hours after and was told that I was not allowed but that I could do it online, that people did it all the time... asked her to show me said option, she refused to even look at the app because “I don’t know how to use the app.” So I asked to speak to a manager, she insisted she was... I asked to speak to someone who would know... supposedly not one Pizza Hut employee knew how to use the app... but she offered me the number to corporate... I declined. Asked why her employee would tell me I could use the coupon in store. She claims she was the only female who worked there that day and knows she didn’t speak to me... I show her the number, she confirms it’s that store... I show her my call log... she still swears she didn’t speak to me... maybe her driver told me it was possible but she’s new so she wouldn’t be answering phones anyway... needless to say now I’m angry because she’s lied to me. She swears she never even spoke to me let alone gave me false information... I roll my eyes and turn to leave before I say something I would regret and she laughs at me.
So I sent my husband in. He gets her name... (which I’m am purposly leaving out because I’m not looking to get someone in trouble... just want my story heard... ) he asks for the number which she very snottily told him they don’t have in store. Corporate doesn’t give out their number... so he explained that she was just about to give some sort of number to his wife... and her WHOLE tune changed. She once again became this meek little thing who never spoke to his wife... handed him a number and said “I’m so so so sorry!” No longer snotty and rude... he left.
We took out 200 dollar order elsewhere and will no longer be doing business with a company who hires doshonest and rude employees. Not to mention your delivery time is a joke 98% of the time and you get our order wrong...
Read moreOrdered from here for the first time and when I ordered, I asked if they would give us some paper plates because we just moved in and haven’t unpacked our dishes and also some Parmesan with our food which he agreed. He said it would be 20-30 minutes. After an hour, I called and a lady answers. I explained we hadn’t received our order yet and she was very nice and apologized saying they had a rush but that she would be glad to give us a 25% discount for the issue and assured the driver was on his way. It was another 25 minutes before we received our food and the delivery guy (who sounded like the guy who took my order on the phone) did not have our plates or Parmesan like I asked. He acted like he didn’t care and said no one told him and just continued to blame the store/other people. Then, when we opened our pizzas, they were barely cooked (the crust was completely white and doughy) and cold! Also, there was barely any cheese and the cutting job was horrid (a 5 year old could have done better). I then again called the store again and the same lady answered. I explained everything to her, and the reason I am giving them 2 stars is because she is remaking the order priority and the driver will bring it out with our plates and Parmesan as well. That was 30 minutes ago, so we will see. Very disappointed though because we worked hard all day moving and our children were hungry...generally we love Pizza Hut but...
Read moreThis is one of the closest Pizza Hut to us and we used to love this location. Recently, we ordered a pizza from here and it was horrible. Well, we decided to give this place a try again and order the Tuscany Tuesday family deal which comes with 2 orders of pasta and 2 orders of breadsticks or cheesesticks (for a price difference). When I come to pick up my order, no one greets me... they just looked and walk to back or continued what they were doing. I stood there for a good 5 minutes until I asked if someone was going to help me? No answer. Then I guess the dishwasher saw me and asked if I had been helped. Some girl came to the register and took my payment. When I asked her where were my other cheesesticks she said she had to ask the manager. She asked the manager and the manager, instead of coming out to talk to me (Pizza Hut's customer), told her to tell me that she'll give them to me this time but it only comes with 1 order of breadsticks/cheesesticks. I suggest Pizza Hut fixes the website so it can state how many breadsticks come with a family order of pasta so this doesn't happen again. This store seriously needs new management and have their employees take a class on people skills and customer service. I don't think we'll be giving this location...
