Trailside Saloon — Restaurant in Thornton

My fiancée and I went to a show last night to see our friends play a show and during the show the bartender allowed somebody to charge almost $30 extra worth of beers to his tab. When this was brought to the bartenders attention, she still charged him for an extra beer after being told he only bought 3 modelos. One for me and two for himself. After having this also brought to her attention, she refused to remove the 4th beer from the tab. We go here at least once a month as my fiancé works for the bands. While We enjoy the spot, the the past several times the customer service has been subpar and has made us not want to return, let alone get anything from the bar now for fear of strangers putting stuff of our tab and being charged for things we did not get. I think the bartenders could use some more training because we cannot trust them after this incident and how the bartender on shift handled...

Rundown bar in a high car theft area of Thornton. This bar needs help. The in house staff is rude, and several times now when I have come to shows they have just been sitting around eating or drinking with friends instead of doing their jobs and I have to do it for them, begging they take my money. Instead of chowing down and touching my ID with grease hands, they should be cleaning, everything is filthy as if on purpose. The have bands have to sell their merch off a pool table in the back like this is a high school show. The employees are Not professional and it’s not a bar I will return to after my most recent experience. Lastly, lack of security in the parking area and no surveillance means you may lose your car. It’s too bad this place has become such a wreck it...

Went to this bar for the first time for a benefit, and I was treated so rudely, by a lady who iwas told was the owner, because I didn't Know this was a cash only bar, so I asked to make sure of this because I've never seen this before in my 47 years of going to bars, then I asked where the ATM was, and again a sarcastic answer, the bartender apologize to me, and my friends, so I didn't order anything and just left.I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
