My mom had the worst exoerience today. 10/05/24. 2 young girls working.never acknowledge when she walked in One girl working on an order fixing three sandwiches.for a customer but the customer turned and said hi to my mmm As she knew her. Wish she got their names one was the pretty black girl and the other girl. Had dark hair rushing nervously look like making sandwiches for pick up order not even looking up. Oh yes she did she waved at someone through the window. Still not acknowledging my mom. Or saying we will be right with you. When customer left. And both girls done. The girl making orders to go said I will make the next order. And the other girl looked at her funny and started to put her gloves on and finally asked what I needed. I asked does orders online override walkins and the girl who ignored me totally said only to tyou that has been the rudest.customer And I said well I don’t need your rudeness and disrespect and walked out. She was yelling at me and gave me the finger in front of a customer and and she trying to foliow me out of the store My mom is 75 years old. That girl needs to be fired. Now. Read moreNot happy with our first purchase at this subway. I pre-ordered using the app, pickup scheduled at 3:45 pm I arrived at 3:50. Called for curbside pickup when I arrived, no one answered, so then decided to go in, I heard door chiming. Not a person to be seen, waited 5 minutes, listening to chit chat, and laughter in the back room. Noticed that the prep area was not neat, meat, and vegetables strewn all over, bread laying around. I've never seen any subway look like this. I decided to call curbside again, since my order should have been ready. I heard the phone begin to ring, and someone slumbered out. Shocked to see me and said he didn't know there was anyone out here, and asked if he could help me,. I told him I had placed an order and here to pick it up, 3 Foot long BMT's, He looked confused and asked how I ordered, I said with the app, he went to the register, punch some buttons and said oh here it is... haven't even started them. Not wanting to wait inside, I went out and waited, however I now know I should have stayed in and watched them being made cause when I arrived home, the subs had not been made correctly, they were missing ingredients on all 3 subs and there was an ingredient not request. Read moreOrdered from this location online last Friday (8/2). When I got there to pick up my order, there was one girl working and she said she hadn't even started it yet. Line out the door. She said to wait and she would do mine next. Then she pushed some button on her computer and said "Opps, I deleted it." I asked if she needed me to show it to her so she could make it and she said "I don't know how to bring it back. I'm not sure what to do." I asked if I had to go wait in line and again she said she did not know. I waited in line ten minutes, she said to another customer she had no american cheese... which was on half the sandwiches I was picking up (ordered for our office). I had to leave. Filed a complaint through the website because I WAS NEVER REFUNDED FOR FOOD WE NEVER GOT TO PICK UP. Corporate sent the complaint to the wrong store, who called but can't help me because this wasn't at their location. Have called the store several times and no one answers. I need this refunded and am super frustrated. Never ordering from this...
