Subway — Restaurant in Thornton

The door quality isn’t bad but the employees need to have more guidance so the location can be uniform. Everyone makes everything in a different fashion if you get a salad some just toss everything on top and don’t use the mixing bowl at all, some use the mixing bowl to chop but then wont mix your dressing in with it, some people don’t even cut the meat before hand. Every time I come into this location I have to ask for them to cut the meat with a knife before because they want to just toss in a massive chunk of it I always have to ask them to put the veggies in a mixing bowl then I have to ask to have my dressing mixed in. Which would all be okay if they asked how I wanted things instead of all doing it differently. Today one of the older women that was making my food because very annoyed and Rushed me while I was trying to order my food. To the point I literally had to stop and say that I don’t understand why me ordering my food has to be such an argument with her. Everyone at this location needs to be retrained so they are all doing things...

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at one of your locations. I visited [insert location] and tried to use a coupon that I had previously used at another Subway location. However, the employee informed me that I could not use the coupon at this location. I was surprised by this, as I had used the same coupon at a different location without any issues.

I understand that different locations may have different policies, but I was disappointed that I was not able to use the coupon as I had expected. I hope that in the future, your employees can inform customers of any location-specific policies before they make a purchase.

Been going to this specific Subway for quite awhile now. I live over off 104th/Sheridan. There is a Subway close by at 104th/Federal. And other ones farther away that I have been to. Almost every time I have gone there they slop together the sandwich. Inconsistent portions of ingredients. Are drenched with oil or mayonnaise etc. Happened to be by this store and received the best prepared sandwich in all aspects from a guy named Robert. Actually was friendly and engaging unlike most times at other stores. Out of around 4 or five times going here never had an issue. Wish all sandwich preparers were like Robert.
