It started off with being ignored and refused service when the person behind the mic assumed I was done when I only ordered my gfs food, then when I tried to get them back they did not respond. I drove to the window and had to order, then after a very long wait on a slow day the line started to pile up. I finally got the food and because it was taking so long I asked if all my food was there and reconfirmed a second time "is all my food here I don't want to drive back." The window worker. "Yes dont worry it's all there". I got home took a sip of my soda to find a fake eyelash then my gf asked where my bag of food was. It was not in the only bag I was giving and assured my food was there. So I got yelled at my my gf, paid for my food I didn't get and had to drive back, where I did not get an apology, and was asked what I wanted them to do! It's very easy "your job" now I didn't say that I was serious but not angry so they could tell they did a bad job but they did not care at all, they ignored me and avoided me so I asked loudly so they could hear me from afar, I would like my order redone because everything was barely warm and now was cold after 30+ minutes of driving and waiting. The lady with red and black pig tailed braids from what I could tell did one of 2 things, re heated my food or put it back and gave me new ones because my gf and I both kept an eye on the trash. Then a few minutes later she gave us the food while talking to the people outside and still no word to us so we left. So much fun. Thanks for the food contamination, lack of common procedure, and making putting me through so much just for buying your food just to drive home with the sun in my eyes and the onset of a migraine do to the light and frustration. Read moreThis restaurant has false advertised I went in there to get the double deals before October 30th . They would not offer them they refused to honor the double deals . The deal is posted before their own drive through window . For this reason I will never Buy anything from Carl's juniors again especially this restaurant I won't wanna stop to buy a soda. Encourage everybody to join me and not buying food or drinks from this restaurant and tell they honor the deals they put out false advertising will not be tolerated! Who yourselves a favor save yourselves the frustration and don't go to this Carl's junior ever I call the manager and he doesn't give a care at all he told me I gotta call the general manager but the general manager he won't tell me when he'll be there it's a big run around and they have children working in adult positions.

Read moreNew management? great team! Outstanding service and quality. I am always extremely pleased with my food, quality and service at this location now. I would come here often around 2018 and the service, food and quality was so disappointing I stopped coming. I guess somewhere along the lines things got bad enough that the major changes that needed to happen, happened. The new team is always polite and friendly, they're very attentive to ensure no mistakes and the quality is just better. The produce tastes really fresh and good now and I'm never disappointed.
...Sometimes the fries are a little cold or soggy - I think it's more to do with the fry size, they're very thin and lose heat quickly. I can eat one out of the bag real quick in the drive thru hot and tasty but getting home three minutes later and they're not so good anymore.
