The sandwiches are somewhat underwhelming. Everything was okay, at least good enough to warrant me trying it a second time. The sandwiches seemed better than a Chick-fil-A, but not by much. The southern chicken sandwich with pimento cheese actually had a reasonable amount of cheese spread on it, when I got a similar sandwich from Chick-fil-A, it had a teaspoon of the cheese on it (not exaggerating, you can see my review of Chick-fil-A with an image of the sandwich as sold to me versus what they advertiseā¦it was embarrassing that they could let a sandwich out the door that was that pathetic). I also got the Rise Nashville hot chicken sandwich, it was alright. The spices were not noteworthy, but I enjoyed eating it. Overall, there was nothing amazing about the place, if you want a great chicken sandwich you need to go somewhere like Daveās Hot Chicken or Main Chick Hot Chicken, etc. If you want something better than the Carls Jrs and Chick-fil-As of the world, you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood food but there are some rough edges that should be buffed out over time.
The good: Most of the biscuit sandwiches are very tasty and of decent size. The cinnamon buns are very good and are sold out a lot of the time for a reason. The other baked goods are also pretty excellent. This location is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner is exceptionally nice and helpful.
The bad: The food is very expensive for what you get. The standard chicken biscuit sandwich is nearly $8 alone. The sides are not worth getting at all. The fries and tots are seemingly undercooked. There is only one, single kiosk to place orders. 5 or 6 people ahead of you in a line at most other restaurants is no big deal but that same number of people could take more than 20 minutes. A couple ahead of me easily took over 10 minutes to place an order while the just grew. They absolutely need to either open a traditional register to place orders faster or install...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI saw a post about this on Instagram and knew I needed to try it. The place did not disappoint. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, on the cheddar biscuit. While the bacon was a little more cooked than I like, the flavor of everything was spot on. I chose the runny egg and it was perfect. My side item was the cheese tots. They are extra large and so delicious. My husband ordered the chicken box with seasoned tots and a cheddar biscuit. The chicken was flavorful and moist and the tots were lightly seasoned and nice and crispy. If you are eating in, the fountain drink is an ok price. I belive they are cashless, as we ordered from a kiosk and there was no cash option for payment. So keep that in mind. I desperately want to try the cinnamon roll biscuit but we did not have room after the food. Overall, worth the price. The staff were very helpful and the food was made quickly. I look forward to coming back and trying...
