I gave only 2 stars because of the pizza I bought last Friday, January 17th. Which I changed to 1. I don't care how busy you are. I'm paying for this and expect my order to be done as I requested. This is was ordered online. Clearly written. Not carefully read. My order: 1 round pizza with light sauce, extra pepperoni, pineapple, and extra cheese. I received: 1 round pizza with nearly no sauce, extra extra pepperoni, pineapple I had to look for and then move some to other slices, which were cut so poorly I had to cut some in half. And the cheese...hardly any and distributed poorly. I like a crispy crust. Online you're only given 2 options: regular or well done. It's scary to order well done online because it can come "very dark". Mine was just barely cooked. This option needs changes...regular, crispy, or well down.
I could have asked for another pizza done right and waited. But ordering online is so you don't have to wait. I also asked for the Pepsi promotion. The site wouldn't accept it. And yes, I reviewed my order before sending. So this is my review for that pizza. Will I order again from there? Yes. For cost and convenience only. If I was a government worker cost is important. Your quality has gone way down the last 2+months. After reviewing my review I changed it to 1 star. So Ms or Mr manager I hope you care about what I have written. Please don't offer me a free pizza. I just want you to pay attention to what's going out your...
Read moreEveryone working between 6-7pm on Saturday June 8th needs to be trained better on customer service here ESPECIALLY the blonde teen boy that took my order only after I called out "Hello?!" after waiting for at least 10 mins.
He was taking the order of two kids when I got in line behind them, gives them their pizza and immediately went to the back where I could still see him moving piles of pizza plates which does not look like a time sensitive thing that he needed to get back to asap. He saw me standing there waiting and continued to act busy while his two female coworkers ignored me as well. Only after another customer eventually came in, waited a few minutes with me and asked if anyone's helped me yet did I call out for attention and he helps me without even acknowledging what happened until I asked him what he was doing back there. All this just to get the worst pack of crazy bread I've ever seen in my life, they were all overcooked to the point of having the texture of a Bavarian pretzel 🙃 Don't come here unless if you're willing to deal with poor customer service and gamble on...
Read moreI recently visited Little Caesars, and I have to say, it was quite the letdown. The pizza I had was notably bland, with the taste of the sauce overpowering everything else. Unfortunately, it arrived a bit cold, and I found myself only managing a few bites before deciding I was done.
While the sides were slightly better, they were still nothing to write home about. It felt like a gamble deciding whether the food would be just mediocre or genuinely unappetizing. From my experience, there's about a 50% chance you'll get something that’s just okay, but never quite good.
I’ve had better experiences at other Little Caesars locations, so I’m hoping this particular store can address its issues. If you’re looking for a consistently satisfying pizza, you might want to consider alternatives like Domino’s or a local family-owned pizzeria. In the end, I had to wait around 30-40 minutes for my order, which only added to the...
