Starbucks — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

This is the location nearest to my home. While the store has always been decent, a noticeable shift took place when Laura came in. As someone in corporate management and retail, I can appreciate the value of having a really talented manager. The staff has always been friendly but Laura has really upped their game. Becca and Jacqueline in particular have been wonderful. They are always positive and happy and wish everyone a good morning!

If I could make on recommendation, for mobile orders - if you could find a way to have a smaller round sticker on the lid or higher up on the cup our the shape of the sleeve, and always put the cups name side up/out, it would help to keep everyone from touching and handling everyone else's drinks while they look for their own.

It’s really not just one STARBUCKS location that I consistently enjoy a very favorable buying experience. When I get off work during my commute home I first stop at Simi Valley then Thousand Oaks and Port Hueneme STARBUCKS. Unfortunately, I believe I’m addicted to my favorite drink, “VENTE ICED CHAI LATTE, TWO BLONDES!” Oh My Gosh! What a thirst-quencher! This place was disgusting! A total mess around 2pm on 4/1/23. The counter was covered in puddles of spilled drinks from previous orders. Our cups were set down in these puddles while they were being filled. The barista "tried" to clean our cups and "sippy lids" by wiping them off with her dirty apron. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the entire area behind the counter was dirty. A woman came in and leaned against the counter when trying to get her drink and got her pants all dirty from the spilled drinks that were on the counter.
