I have bought several Cars from there but like everywhere they start high. I was lucky on 3 out of 4 cars and got them 500 over cost . So 1 was a 2007 Civic SI in 2008 advertised for 18,900 only 3k miles when I test drove it I noticed as a mechanic myself, that this had a common SI problem the tach would not drop for a full 1-1-thousand meaning you could not shift and it's a sports car. Well I got it for 12k otd then 2 days later took it to a friend at Acura and had them use their obd2 computer and ECU info. And reprogrammed the tach in under 30 minutes and I had a 25k$ car for 12 . But you have to fight tooth and nail. Before you go shopping anywhere you should know the low end of pricing.... As to not get ripped off and they make u feel like u won because you got more for your trade but paid more for the car. Just price check your automobiles , as that's your 2nd biggest purchase next to housing .. Good luck . If anyone knows a real hones place...

I was sent to silver Star Chevy by Costco and they're Auto purchase program. Unfortunately their sales manager told me that the vehicle I wanted was not on "the list", Even though Costco assured me that it is on "the list". Needless to say it didn't go very well and the sales manager was a total a hole and didn't like being called out on the fact that I was right and he was just scamming me. Save your time and money, go elsewhere unless you enjoy being lied to, cheated and stolen from. Even their general manager wasn't very nice. Costco contacted her to let her know what was going on she told them she would contact me and take care of the problem and never did.
