My (spoiler alert) fiance and myself decided it was time to tie the knot after almost a decade of being in a committed relationship. I knew I wanted a ring that was 100% unique and thus we went to Jewels Quest for a custom design. I am very particular with my jewelry (especially a piece I will wear for the rest of my life) so I was involved in the stone selection and design from the very beginning. Natalie and Andre were very accommodating and supportive to this nontraditional path.

I had my heart set on a cushion cut non-chemically treated teal Montana Sapphire for the center stone of the ring, which is not common. Andre diligently spent lots of time searching the various markets and his contacts till our perfect stone came up. After that I provided a set of design inspiration boards to Natalie to start the process of designing the ring. We went through a number of iterations and at each step Natalie patiently listened to my feelings about each aspect of the new design and took those into account for the next creation. I always felt that she actively listened and she really made me feel comfortable in providing my opinions.

One of my main criteria (besides the stone) was that I wanted a ring that had lots of details in the metal work. For me, it is the craftsmanship of a piece that elevates its design. There are a lot of fine details in the ring that Natalie designed and not once was she concerned about Andre delivering. They both worked together as a seamless team throughout the process. There were a few tough conversations about some of my choices during the design process, which could have negatively affected other important components of the ring. I am not the expert, Natalie and Andre are; but they kindly and clearly would explain to me how these choices could be bad for the longevity of the ring. Because they were so honest I feel like I received the best ring that will hopefully become an heirloom in my family.

When my fiance surprised me with the final result, I was so happy. The ring is exactly as promised. Andre's craftsmanship is superb and his eye was always looking at the smallest of details. There’s no other jeweler or jewelry store I’d trust to receive the highest quality/beautiful jewelry I’ve ever owned. Every piece I’ve had made, bought, or received as a gift from Andre @ Jewels Quest has been perfect. I’m 100% confident if the day came if it wasn’t perfect, Andre would make it perfect right away - no questions asked.

His wife partners with him and is a gem. She assists and is just as professional and friendly as Andre. Their communication when designing pieces is amazing. Emails, phone calls, etc. To ensure your piece is perfect. The most recent pieces they made for me are two diamond band rings to match my engagement ring. They came out beautiful as can be and are making our wedding day even more exciting! Andre made suggestions to my fiancé and I and made the process of picking the perfect diamond bands simple, easy, stress free, and cost efficient.
