Worst McDonald’s ever EVERYTIME I GO THEY MESS UP MY ORDER Odaly is super rude she messed up my order and than gave me attitude cause I asked her to fix it and wants to refuse to give me what they didn’t put in the bag I am not one to give bad reviews but she is terrible and the other manager Jesse was laughing she wants to sit there and tell me that I’m just trying to get free food, so I would love for the business owners to check the cameras for the time. I will gladly provide my receipt number because I have it as I did a I scanned for my points on my app, so I would really appreciate the company to contact me because this is ridiculous. I was in there as well last night, and the lady hanging out the food. I believe her name was Mc Gibbons she didn’t even ignore knowledge that I was at the window. They forgot to put in a small fry, and when I told her that I didn’t have a small fry in the bag. She then handed me my fry. She touched. My fries. Had no gloves on her fingers, touched my food and handed up to me like that. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We purchased the NPHS Football fundraiser card at the beginning of the school year, with the card explicitly stating an expiration date of July 21, 2025. Today, this McDonalds refused to honor the discount card, with an employee stating that the new owner will not accept it. We consider this to be a poor business practice as it forsakes a contract that was made between McDonalds, Newbury Park High School Football, and contributors to the football program.
When combined with an exclusively self service lobby, we feel that this McDonalds store does not want to honor or participate with the community, and is willing to betray existing customers. Consequently we will no longer be visiting this franchise, and are dissuaded from vising McDonalds in general as clearly corporate is allowing for this betrayal of the community, and the terms made with a fundraising program.

Read moreI went in at around 7:50 pm on August 25th to buy two ice cream cones. I saw the worker grab the first cone from the usual place beneath the ice cream machine and fill it up. The second cone she grabbed from on top of the ice cream machine and the cone had no wrapper around it. She handed both to me and at first, I just thought it was out of the ordinary but because I was in a rush, did not think much about it and left. But the more I think about, the angrier I am. She was not wearing any gloves and had handled money just seconds prior. The second cone had no wrapper around it which meant that all that bacteria from the coins and money I handed her would have been transferred onto my ice cream cone. Plus, it did not come from the normal place they get cones from so who knows where that cone came from? That is just absolutely disgusting to think about. I ended up throwing the cone away. I hope your workers will be more careful when handling food...
