More like America's CHEAPEST motel (value implies your getting something positive). Opening the door to my room I was greeted by an awful odor. I flipped the light switch on bz it was night non of the lamps were plugged in. I opened the fridge to put my drink in the fridge, it was hot. I looked inside I saw black mold. The toliet paper dispenser was broken. There was an opened toilet paper roll- think hard. That means the last guy while wiping his butt had to hold the same roll with dirty fingers while wiping bz there is NO DISPENSER. Now its your turn! When I took a shower the bathroom light was flickering like a disco enough to cause a seizure. When I left the room and returned later in the evening my card didint work. They told me I have to get a regeneration? Apparently some people dont pay n this is how the cheap motel evicts them. When your sleeping you hear noise and no its not waves crashing on the beach. The noise is the freeway 100yards away. Expedia lied no free breakfast n poor customer service. I started to ask myself is this how covid19 survives the summer months by hiding in dark cheap motels?

I've been coming to this particular motel for a few months now and my experiences staying at the location are positive. I highly recommend the motel to anyone to come and visit. - Price is right 🙂👍 - The ambience of the exterior of the building and rooms are very clean and organized. - They have a coin laundry room on site that guests can use. - There are a couple of shopping plazas and restaurants that are close by and are walkable. - The front end/back end staffing teams are friendly and knowledgeable. - The rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, tv, all in one ac/heater/fan controller. - Free complimentary coffee every morning - 2 nearby bus stops for public transportation * It would be great if the motel can create a guest access to a good sizable complimentary lounging area complete with tv, sofa chairs, computer tables, wifi etc.... Basically an area to relax and to unwind. 🙂❤🙏

I would give 0 stars, but no option for that.

  1. First room we got looked like it hadn't been cleaned - hairs in the beds and the carpet was nasty. I got another room and that one was marginally acceptable. Apparently some rooms are nicer than others, as they seem to have stopped remodeling in the middle or they are in process. Doesn't seem they are progressing any further lately. I didn't notice anyone working on any rooms while there.
  2. They don't have key cards - real metal keys and use the same one for all subsequent guests....this is terrible security - too easy to copy. This blew me away! Never stayed in a hotel that had metal keys in the past 20 years. I couldn't be sure my laptop would be safe. I had to take my laptop to my uncle's house constantly.
  3. The breakfast was disappointing. The only cereals I saw were cornflakes and cocoa puffs for cereal and some meager other things. The breakfast was on the low end/cheap/skimpy side and the tables were not cleaned often enough in their SUPER tiny eating area. Way too small of an area for so many guests to eat at in my book.
  4. The assistant manager (bald Indian / Pakistani or something man) was a real piece of work. I was told he co-owns the place, so there's not much one can do. My door and latch were literally falling off (loose screws). I mentioned that the place was in divey shape and told him about the door... I asked him for a screwdriver to fix it and I was told the maintenance guy was gone and there was nothing he could do. I said that was OK and I would go to Target and get one. I told him this was insane that they didn't have a screwdriver SOMEWHERE. The guy got upset and demanded to know what room I was in. Well, when he got so angry the last thing I wanted him to know was where I was staying (didn't want him messing with my stuff or something) so I didn't tell him. He got furious and told me would call the cops if I didn't tell him what room I was in. I gave him a real piece of my mind at this point.....unbelievable. We had prepaid for the whole week, so I couldn't go anywhere else at that point. Fortunately this was toward the end of the stay and there were only a few days left. I would avoid this place like the plague. If you're flat broke and you don't get one of the ugly rooms like we got the first time, you might be OK, but I would never stay here again! One positive note: Sydney who runs the front desk is a very nice girl that tried to make our stay better. I felt bad for the people having to work for a...

TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Two words: Front Desk. Like everyone else said the condition of the hotel is incredibly poor and unsanitary, seriously the dirtiest, scariest hotel I have ever stayed in. THE REAL PROBLEM THOUGH IS THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE NAMED “SARA”. First off, she lies about her name if she thinks you could get her in trouble with her boss, for instance she tried to tell me that her name was “Francis”. I travel non-stop for work and pleasure and in all of my years never have I encountered such an unprofessional, rude, angry, confrontational, intoxicated, condescending, inappropriate, unfriendly, bitter, aggravated, off-putting employee, let alone a SUPERVISOR at the front desk who is supposed to be the face of the company because they’re the first interaction the guests have. I seriously could not believe that this woman still had a job, in the service industry of all places, after even just our first few interactions. The absurd part is that if you read all of the reviews for this place it is overwhelming the percentage of them which mention Sara by name in a deeply negative light or at least complain about the “rude staff” or “front desk” in general. It’s no wonder thy the place has such a difficult time filling up the rooms- they simply can NOT retain ANY returning customers, only first time guests who end up there as a fluke just long enough to be scared away by the loud, aggressive, inconsiderate front desk staff. In addition, Sara was the only staff member who charged me a an additional deposit of 50$ which she said she would only accept as cash, which she proceeded to pocket 20$ of and refused to give me any more than 30$ back upon check out because I “was 15 minutes late to extend/ pay for our room for one more night”. More than once I walked in and found her asleep, sitting up, behind the front desk during daytime hours. I could go on and on but as if ALL if this was not enough, she was also very clearly intoxicated while on the job on several different occasions. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau to inform them of the situation in much greater detail than I did here. Unfortunately for the company/ rude employees, they are unaware of the family as well as business ties I have with the Better...

Do not stay in this place if you value your health. I had to stay in this dump because I had little choice and was too tired to look gor a better option. Anyway, the moment I entered the room where I was staying my air ducts were immediately affected. My throat was hurting because my nose wasn't taking any air in. The room had lousy ventilation and the air within was just toxic as hell. I had to open the front door and left it that way for a good while. The ceiling in the bathroom was full of fungus. After showering I walked on a filthy carpet that felt like I was walking on adhesive tape. After trying to find a channel on the TV that was visible with no luck (supposedly they had Direct TV but only a couple of horrid channels were available) I tried to see if the wifi worked on my phone. They gave me a password but it didn't work. Honestly, I didn't care but I just wanted to see if anything in this dump was in working order. Anyway, the cleaning crew in this place sucks major balls. They apparently cannot afford a can of lysol to help clean up the rooms. Did I mentioned that a prostitute was trying to find costumers at this place? If you have a family, DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is for people who chain smoke 24/7 and do not care to catch some extra STD's.

Now a review for those that speak Espanol:
