Aloandra in guest services deserves a raise and promotion. I came very upset that my app glitched and essentially ate my 5 year olds gift card. There was no way to get it to work. She asked what I had tried and I tried everything. Even though I was yelling and extremely upset she handled everything and was patient and kind (which truly I didn’t deserve) and made everything right so my son didn’t have to leave without the toy he was so excited to get with his gift card. I was clearly having a very bad mental health day and my PTSD became very triggered in the store. When all I wanted to do was leave before my son had to witness and attack it seemed impossible. Well there is not much difference from another locations but like all stablisments the manager in charge is the one to make the correct desitions ... What is the best thing to do for your repeat customers . As everyone know every store have they favorites. With all of this craziness happening around we can understand the keeping the store with supplies is key to have a great successful day at the store.. Water , cleaning products ,paper rolls, eggs ,milk... You guys knows what the people want... Please give as much as you guys can to stay safe for you and for the rest of us.. I hope all of this "caos" finish soon . We will come back again hoping everything will be better .. As much a communication between your employees and supervisors and of course management.. It's ironic that you mailed this survey to me today because I was independently going to write Target corporate about my visit. This store is an absolute embarrassment to Target. It is horrifically unkempt. Shelves are bare and if there are things on them they are from different departments - people just dropping off something they don't want but obviously no personnel to go around cleaning up. The entrance area, with the $1, $3, $5 items is absolutely a mess! Every bin either completely barren or in complete and total disarray! This isn't the first time I've encountered this at this store, and I tossed it off a one off but it is like this EVERY time I go now! It used to be so fun going up and down the aisles, often spending more than I'd planned because everything looks so nice...I couldn't wait to get out of this...
