Thousand Wok — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

Terrible service. I have been to this restaurant for several years, sometimes dine in, sometimes take out. Today like usual I ordered the food over a phone call, and was told the food will be ready in 20 minutes. I went there, first person said he will check. Several minutes passed no one help me so I asked again, another person told me they don’t have my order. On their defense I ordered using an old menu so one item is not there. Anyway they offered 10% discount and let me ordered again. I waited for another 20 minutes, it’s already one hour after the initial call. I asked them again with patient, but the food still is not ready. How difficult it is to make one pho and two sushi? They said they need to take care the dine-in customers first. But I am the person who came first and I have been waiting for one hour! I guess they only care about the big tips from the dine in customers. I canceled my order and left. I will never go back to this...

Where to start. We've been coming here for 5 years now, since we moved here. We have never been disappointed! My wife and kids also love it. I personally get their pho options. My go to is the shrimp pho, however, their pho with wonton #111(also has shrimp, baby boc Choi, chicken and vegetables) is awesome! My wife has had their sushi items and she has always liked them, I just don't do sushi. I do like their avocado rolls. I also recommend their shrimp spring rolls, but like many other places they only come with 2 rolls just as an FYI. The pad Thai noodles are excellent as well. Be warned though, the heat level is not consistent! I don't eat a lot of Thai so I don't know if that's just how it is or not just thought I'd let everyone know. Me and 3 other people. Ate sushi and 1 person ate crispy chow mein. Albacore tasted like seawater when said it was bad and asked waiter to try it they bites they do not eat raw fish. After eating it we paid and rolled out

Drove 5 minutes out of parking lot 2 people got sick Called place and told them something was bad Bc two of us were sick

Right after calling the last of us also we’re sick

Called back saying we all were violently vomiting and I would not serve anyone else most likely the albacore.

They noted they have been open all day and could t be their food
