I LOVE this place for a good, but simple chicken sandwich. The breading on the chicken is always crispy and has a sweet and salty taste which I love. The bread is soft and fluffy and the sandwich has two pickles which balances everything out. The only downside is the restaurants usually have long lines in drive thru, but the ones I have been through are well-managed and they have a good system of getting cars in and out. Chick-fil-A's are closed on Sunday. The other downside is from the ones that I've gone to, not all restaurants are consistent with their food or even the warm customer service that Chick-fil-A prides itself on. They love saying you're welcome, my pleasure and also find ways to incorporate your name into the conversation. Coming from a customer service background, I find this awesome because a lot of places dont do this and I feel valued as a customer. I did have an incident at one of the locations recently where there was some plastic wrap in my daughter's sandwich. I called the restaurant and they apologized and gave me a replacement meal which took me awhile to get waiting in the restaurant. Still have love for my chicken sandwich, but from now on, I will just go to my favorite one in the valley, near...
Read moreYou call yourselves a Christian based Company, yet you opted out of offering your Christian customers fish during Lent?
I just finished a phone call with a Manager named Michelle. That call was disappointing to say the least. When I questioned as to why the Franchisee elected to opt out of serving fish during the 6 weeks of Lent, I was not given an answer. Just a statement that all of the Ventura County locations elected not to offer fish. Nice Christian values folks.
When I told her that as a result of that owners decision to turn his back on his loyal Christian customers, that I would no longer be a customer there, she turned the conversation to 'thank you for calling Chic-Fil-A, and hung up.
Well, don't support your customers and this customer won't support you.
When people were bashing Chic-Fil-A for their political stance, and for being closed on Sundays, your christian customers came to your store and stayed loyal. You have made a decision to not return that loyalty. And I have made a decision to no longer spend my...
Read moreI worked at one of the first chic fil a restaurants as a teen in Winston Salem NC where I was put on the TodZilla radio program as the chic fil a loser. The owners were happy for the publicity but not sure how they felt about the premise. I was a skater, a stoner and not a Christian none of which would get me the job. So I lied. Joined a Methodist youth group tucked in my shirt and became the fastest lemon cutter ever. ...stoned. I got fired for something I don't remember. I was tired of the owners dirty jokes and seeing him leer at the girls This Chic Fil A is nothing like that. Beautifully friendly wait staff. Chicken chrisped SoCal dark Not light and rubbery like ... Cone to think of it the filet didn't seem overly bloated like most Frankenchicken and it was damn tasty. Maybe it's OG free range....imagine that ! Cheers thanks allot. CFA is bomb ...sorry...
