SkyZone Trampoline Park in Thousand Oaks is a fantastic destination for family fun, exercise, and excitement! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a vibrant and energetic atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a great time. The facility is spacious, well-organized, and incredibly clean, ensuring that guests of all ages feel comfortable and safe while enjoying the activities. One of the standout features of SkyZone is the variety of attractions they offer. Whether you’re a seasoned jumper or a first-timer, there’s something for everyone. The open jump area is perfect for letting loose and bouncing around, while the foam pit provides a soft landing for those who want to test out flips and tricks. For those looking for a little friendly competition, the dodgeball courts are a blast, and the basketball hoops allow you to try your hand at slam dunks, even if you’ve never been great at basketball before! The staff at SkyZone are incredibly friendly, attentive, and focused on ensuring everyone’s safety. They regularly monitor the trampoline areas and are always ready to step in and assist if needed. They also take the time to explain the rules and give helpful tips to make sure you have the best experience possible. SkyZone also offers party packages, which are great for birthdays or group events. The birthday parties are well-organized, with dedicated staff to assist in making the event memorable. Plus, the park has a snack bar offering a range of food and drinks, so you can recharge after all the jumping. Overall, SkyZone Trampoline Park in Thousand Oaks provides an unforgettable experience. It’s an ideal place for a fun outing with family or friends, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an active, enjoyable way to spend a day!

Do not bring your young children here on weekends. The team members do not enforce safety rules. The staff member with wavy hair, glasses, and ginger hair wasn’t enforcing any safety rules so there was no place for my nephew to jump because the children were double jumping everywhere and when I went to grab my nephew because kids were jumping all over him she ran over and yelled at me that it was only one person per trampoline (as if I didn’t know that before my nephew got jumped on by multiple children) she was rude and still continued to not enforce the rules with any other children so after being there for only 15 minutes I decided to leave. My nephew was scratched while in the Toddler zone by older teenagers, even after all the 5 years and under rules. I supervised him the entire time with his mother and all of this still occurred because there was so many children with no rules being enforced. I decided to get their membership just a few days ago but this made me decide to cancel.

Been going to this location for years and recently went to it after it changed names to Skyzone. It literally smells like a gym or a sweaty high school locker room right when you walk in. Of the many improvements, this is prob the saddest change to the good ole Dojoboom, Defy location. There has to be some type of mold or fungus or athletes foot circulating inside in addition to the common cold and Covid. Despite the smell… other changes are 1. Rock climbing wall became a high slide 2. Dodgeball space can only be used when a worker chaperones for birthday parties 3. Watching 2 TVs while jumping 4. A sectioned off area in the front where you can play padded basketball or soccer but the wait is long bc the limit how many kids can be there at a time and 5. The quality of socks went downhill. They pilled after 1 hour. Prob good for one time use

I want to start by saying that Sky Zone itself is a great place. My brothers and I had an amazing time this summer, which is why I initially signed up for a membership. However, I’m extremely frustrated with the way my membership cancellation has been handled.

I tried to cancel my membership over the phone in September, because I was unable to access my account online. When I spoke to a representative, I was assured that my membership was canceled and that I would no longer be charged monthly payments. Despite this, I have continued to see charges on my account for several months now.

I’ve reached out again and had been told that I no longer have an active membership and should not be paying anything—but the charges keep coming. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I’m being ignored and misled.

Sky Zone is a fun and enjoyable place, but this kind of poor management and billing issue needs to be addressed. I hope this review leads to a solution. (Edited) they graciously stopping the charges moving forward. However, this does not address the four charges made to my account after I canceled my membership on 8/13/24. Which after contacting this email given, you admitted.

What kind of business claims that errors—if they occur—are at the cost of the customer’s own money? This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund for the charges made after my cancellation date. Please let me know how this will be resolved. (Edit2) I didn't get a refund, but I did get credit. So, I guess we are good. I will add starts just because I'm glad the issues were addressed, and I was apologized to. I will say this though, when getting a membership and you need to cancel double check it and make sure you say all the full names names/people who are in the membership with...

If I could give Sky Zone zero stars, I would. While the staff has been kind, it’s clear they’ve been instructed to give me the runaround instead of actually helping me resolve a serious issue.

I have been fraudulently charged for approximately 15 months despite canceling my membership back in July 2024. At the time, I was told it was canceled, but when I recently checked my bank statements, I realized I had been charged every single month since—totaling over $700 in unauthorized charges. On top of that, they’ve also been charging me an extra $10 per month for a person who has only been there once!

Sky Zone can even prove that I haven’t visited since July 2024, yet they continue to take my money and refuse to provide a resolution. I spoke with Kyle last Friday, and he reassured me that this would be taken care of, but now, I am being ignored and given the runaround with my own money. Every time I call, Kyle is suddenly “not available,” and despite sending over 10 emails, I have gotten no real help. I have been going back and forth for over two weeks, and still, nothing has been resolved.

Parents, be wary! Check your bank accounts! Sky Zone may be charging you for multiple accounts without you even realizing it. If you try to get your money back, good luck—they will make you jump through endless hoops and waste your time with excuses.

This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Beware of scam places like this. Do NOT give them your credit card for automatic charges because they will hold your money hostage, even if you cancel, even if you can prove you haven’t used their services in nearly a year.

I have been patient, kind, and more than reasonable, but at this point, I feel like my money was stolen. Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere that respects...
