Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Tiffin

Got a 25.00 order a bowl an the 11.99 fish deal. Spoke with the cashier told her I wanted the Cole slaw changed out for another side, an to add a extra peice of fish. She told me me she would do extra hush puppies which was fine well my order got done I checked didn't get extra fish or the hush puppies like I was supposed to they also forgot my bowl I pointed it out an she was like we have to charge extra for fish I have no problem with that, but I'm not sure what was worse the long wait, the staff just talking an messing around, or that my whole meal went to the trash. Shrimp was super salty an under cooked and tasted like old grease, an the fish an hush puppies tasted like old grease an had no flavor, I usually avoid kfc because they mess up stuff but I figured after not going there for 5 years ima avoid it for another 5 to 10 I wouldn't suggest anyone to go there worse...

All of the branches of ( long John silvers ) that I have been to have really went down hill. I don't know what they did to loose or mess up their fish & chicken. But we used too good. Their all the time even as children. I'm 54. Their fish and chicken used too always be a golden brown. Just like the pictures On the menu. And crispy. We travel alot. All over the USA 🇺🇸. And used to love. Long John silvers. But over the past 5 or 6 years Their food is dark brown like rust on a old piece of metal on the bottom of a Ohio car. That leaks oil. You can't even taste the the fish or chicken. Because it is saturated with oil. But the service was very good and friendly. And...

Why can't you order fish straight from the frier?Our store only provides food already sitting in the warming ovens. Fish is usually warn inside but the breading is soft and mushy, not crispy. That happens when breaded fish or anything sits for a short while. It does not stay crispy. Many of the fries were burnt and should have been discarded not served to the customer. Employees had to see this but didn't care. Fast is good but quality should far exceed the speed at which you prepare food. Hope it improves, because no one wants to see a buisness...
