Cole's Cakery — Restaurant in Tifton

So first of all we ordered ALOT of stuff for a wedding from this Cakery. Talked with them over a year before my daughters wedding. Was encourage by what they could do and how affordable it was. Cake, cake pops and etc were excellent! Only problem we had was delivery. Wedding started a 2 pm and cake didn’t arrive until 2:10....was told it would be delivered by 11 am. No communication, no phone call to explain they were running late. Extremely dissappointed with that and the worry it caused all of us thinking the cake wasn’t coming. Made a phone call at 1 to ask what was happening and was told they were almost there. When we called around 1:45 the lady that answered the phone was rude and said they are on the way. What would it have taken to call us and explain the situation about running late. When they got there they had to figure out how to assemble the cake...some of it feel apart and she wasn’t sure how it was put together. All I ask is that you guys don’t overbook yourselves and do some research beforehand to find out how long it takes to get to a venue out of town. Poor planning on their part caused enormous...

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I got the lemon raspberry cupcake, and my sister in law got the churro cupcake and the pecan pie treat (she ate half of each and saved the rest for my brother). The cake of my cupcake was so fluffy and moist, and the icing was so rich and delicious. My SIL let me have a bite of both of hers- the icing on the churro cupcake was so, so yummy. But it was the pecan pie treat stole the show. It looks like an unfrosted cupcake, has the texture of a brownie/blondie, and tastes like pecan pie. So, SO good. The only hard thing about going to Cole's is picking between all the drool-worthy options. I don't even know where to begin... The cake is AMAZING, but I think the people are even better. We had cake and cupcakes done for our wedding. We live an hour away, and they delivered. I was slightly unorganized in my cake toppers/decorations, and made some last minute decisions. I messaged them the day before and asked if I left a topper and some fake flowers if they could make something up... Well, I remember thinking it was pretty the day of, but it is all kind of a blur.
