The ribs are awesome ! That was NOT what I ordered !!!! I SAID pork chops !! I asked if pork chops was still on menu. They said yes. I said again I would like a pork chop dinner. When I opened it,, it was ribs. I called back, they said sorry I said ribs, I DID' T but I wasn't going to argue with them. My neighbor said I would demand to get what I paid for. Been in tifton 4months. Ordered ribs about 5 times. Everything has been great till today. Ordered slab of ribs, baked beans, and potato salad. 18.00 worth of food. The ribs were cooked way to long. I ordered coleslaw with my fish dinner and they rudely hung up the phone on me! After calling back to order my food they stated that "I was playing on the phone because "I should know that the rib shack does not sell cole slaw!" Baffled I politly told them that I did not know and that fish just sounds good with Cole slaw. "They" refused my order and hung up again!...
