We came on a Saturday night right after 4pm. Three adults, a toddler, and infant. Since this was on the earlier side for dinner, we had no wait getting a table. However we sat for about 20 minutes without anyone coming for drinks or dropping off bread, I had to flag a hostess down and ask what was going on? The hostess brought us bread and apologized for the wait, and about 10 minutes later our server eventually came and introduced herself. She seemed very busy and flustered but she did apologize and get our drink orders in quickly. We placed our dinner order and it was about a normal wait time to receive the food, my husband seemed to enjoy his crab cake dinner with no complaints. The shrimp on my MIL plate was very salty, but still edible. My toddler’s steak bites were VERY WELL DONE which is a bit frustrating as I ordered them under to keep them more tender for less of a chance of choking… she didn’t eat it. And my nachos were so sad. It was thrown together, no queso but instead melted shredded cheese (it makes a difference!) and barely 1/4 cup of chili on the whole plate. I had to ask for more, it was very watery with chunks of fresh tomatoes they added maybe to bulk it up. Really a waste of money. I also ordered a side of corn that I never got, which I noticed immediately but decided not to mention in case our server didn’t hear me when I was ordering. No big deal, maybe it’s a sign I don’t need it… but she still added it to my bill, so I had to have her remove the charge since it was either never made or never brought out. She came back shortly after our food arrived to ask if everything was ok, and did not come back until we were done. No refills on drinks. We did ask for a tea to go and she was quick with that but she was otherwise very distracted/busy with other things our entire visit. If the experience thus far wasn’t bad enough, we wanted to put the car seat for my infant on a high chair so we could set her down while we ate, nobody offered to get us one so no problem, we will grab the high chair from where they were kept behind our table so as to not put anyone out since they are apparently so busy… our fault, because the manager (I presume) started barking at my husband about the high chair in the aisle being a fire hazard and how the place would be shut down if the Marshall saw it at the table we were seated. No problem, that’s all you have to say… my husband tried putting the high chair back but she seemed very combative and rude and tried physically removing the high chair from my husband’s hands. No apology of misunderstanding or anything. Why would you seat us in a middle table with a toddler and infant if we can’t use a high chair? Lol! We were in town for the Christmas lights originally from about 2-3 hours south, and wow what a difference in hospitality. I have maybe once written a review for a food establishment. Absolutely had to for this trip. Our experience here almost ruined the evening for me. I would not recommend visiting this location. We have a local Logan’s that we enjoy, so I know the food is pretty good at this chain… but the fails by the server, wait staff, kitchen, AND manager? Seems like more than a one-off to me....

Why..the second batch they brought was still raw and doughy...horrible..next we order appetizers..what a miatake..loaded potatoes taste like they were once frozen..the mesquite chicken wings were so under cooked they were trying to give me food posioning..at best samonlina ... But the waitress was friendly enough...so I thought if I explain I want a steak that is between rare and medium rare they couldn't it it wrong...boy was I wrong...the edge was medium rare..the rest was well done ..how they managed that is beyond me.. but I ordered a combo so a side of ribs came with..so I decided to pick on that while I wait for waitress...she saw my first cut into and agreed it was well done..brought out anther that was also over cooked..3rd time out I say f it ill take it home and dr it up...brought me a bill and refused to comp.. Let me remind you the side rib I was picking on they didn't bring back..but charged me for it..mashed potatoes came back with no gravy and you can't offer to discount? BS..I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS B4 going..this place is worse than 3 star.. Some lady comes over and presents herself luke she the manager waiting for me to cut into steak but when the bill come and I asked why they didn't comp which waitress said they would now all of a sudden she not the manager... She cost the poor waitress her tip..seriously...I Always tip...especially after the pandemic and now inflation cuz everyone gotta make a honest living..but seriously you want me to pay for not eating? Well long story short I did pay for not eating... If your reading this please Do Not patronize this horrible restrauant...save your money...everybody else review...
Read moreFirst of all the people working there are all a bunch of idiots. They said that the wait was gonna be for 40 minutes because we had a baby who needed a highchair. After the 40 minutes was up we went back in and they told us that it was another 10 minute wait we decided to go inside and wait and we asked the hostess. What was the delay the 10 minutes have passed already she said that they were waiting on a highchair the baby that we had was two years old. We could’ve used a booster chair we had to do the suggestion for them to give us a booster chair. And it took them hours to come over and bring the order to the table when we got the waitress to come to the table. She said they had no pasta the manager, then came out and explain the situation that happened with the pasta machine and she suggested another type of fish that did half pasta. The waitress that took our order did not suggest anything. She just said that they were out of pasta, as we got our order, we noticed that one of the orders were missing. Apparently she said that the child’s order fell on the floor and they had to do another order. It took us 25 minutes to get the missing order that apparently fell on the floor and we had to order a side of pickles and that took about 15 minutes to get. She had to be reminded about three times. The waitress seemed like she wasn’t well there. It looked like she was high on something. At the end of our meal, we decided to split the check three ways. It took them about 15 minutes to figure it out and return our credit cards and to sign the receipts. The restaurant was empty, but yet it took all that time to get these things done. We will never...
