I was hoping to not have to do this review but here we go. On 6/2/25 I ordered one meal deal and a 10 piece chicken nugget on the McDonald’s app at 11:04am to pick up through the drive thru. I had to run to Lowe’s for something quick and arrived at the McDonald’s at around 11:25am. I finally get through the drive-through to the first window. I’m handed two drinks for the meals and I’m told the parking space one because my meal is not ready yet. I ask why it has not been made yet because I ordered it 20 minutes ago they had no answer and told me to park in reserve spot number one. At this point, I’m getting a little irritated because I’m only on a 30 minute lunch break and was expecting to pick my food up right away. I continue to wait and I call the customer service number on the bottom of the receipt, I get a very nice lady on the phone and explain the situation. I’m on the phone with the rep for roughly about 10 minutes. The whole time still haven’t received my food. The rep stated that the manager would call me about this experience. I continue to wait and wait and get to the point where I can’t wait any longer as I’m now 10 minutes late getting back to work walk in and my food’s ready. I get the food back and I find my burger was made opposite of what I ordered no pickles for extra onions (see the photo below). I wanted to wait a couple days to make it right but no contact from that manager or anybody at McDonald’s still to this moment. It’s sad because me and my coworkers would often order McDonald’s but now after this, I’m officially done with this McDonald’s. It truly seems like a lot of fast food places are going downhill. No good customer service, Employee standing behind the counter on their phones, ignoring the customers that are waiting. Read moreI placed my families order at the kiosk and had to pay at the counter with cash. A employee finally came over didnt tell me my total and i just handed him $40.00. he auto punched the $40 i gave him in to the system when i realized the bill was only $27.06 i told him to wait and tried to give him $28.00 so it was less change and he told me no because he already entered it in the system. Upon doing this then proceeded to hand me what was suppose to be 94 cents in change but instead gave me 95 cents. I feel this was more of a lack of math skills or just laziness. The order time wasn't terrible however once our food was received the burgers were cold some super greasy, some way overloaded with ketchup, and some overloaded with big mac sauce. The McChicken was cold and the fries were super old and cold. The sweet tea tasted terrible kinda unsweet and sour all at the same time. We didnt notify them about the issues with the sandwiches however we did bring the fries to there attention. Read moreWe have all but boycotted fast food restaurants due to the past few years of incorrect orders and unpleasant staff, however on 7/13/2025 we came to this fast food establishment along the way of traveling and decided to order. When we got to the window the staff member asked us to pull to a spot. We refused because this seems to become a regular practice, which usually prompts us to have to go back in because the order is incorrect, thereby negating the need to go through a drive thru. The practice of this is not because they are waiting on fries, it is to save their drive thru times reporting to corporate. When we refused to pull into a spot, the staff member became irritated and brought the manager to the window in an attempt to reiterate what we were told, we responded with the same response as we were waiting at the window for our food to ensure accuracy of the order.
